There has always been something mystical about driving on a backroad you haven’t been on before. You get completely drawn into your surroundings and this sense of freedom fills your lungs as nature comes alive all around you. Your back sinks into your seat as you just let go of any worries because you wouldn’t have this moment any other way.

Whenever you may be going through something uncomfortable, put everything aside (including your thoughts) and go into nature. Even if you live in a city, then surround yourself with plants or a park.
Then… just listen. Just completely listen and let go. Focus on your hearing and hear the sounds of the birds, the wind, and truly listen to the subtle sounds of nature. Listen so closely to where you are so in tune with life that surrounds you, that there is no room for thoughts. This has helped me this past week towards feelings so deep that it seemed impossible to let go. We all face situations like this sometime or another but it is what we choose to do within those moments that will determine our growth from that lesson. So ask yourself during this time to heal, are you focused on (thoughts, external factors such as drugs or temptations to run away from the pain) or are you going within to see what life is trying to show you.
May you all rest well during these times of awakening and transitions. And always keep a playful attitude and to not take life so serious. One last question.. how relaxed and deep is your breath in this moment? 😏
Great vibes at UALR Sustainability Day. ♡ Thank You Happy to see all them Aloes and Succus go to their new homes!

Feel the rhythm of who you are flow from the heart. Silence the mind by diving into nature. Are you in this moment or in your thoughts?
