Watching the other with an intense stare, Haruka listened to what Sousuke said. All the words that were spoken in a loving tone, with such soft fondness, Haru wasn’t sure how to even react to them. Couldn’t react because the words said were true for him as well and he knew that deep down in the depths of his heart.
No matter how much Sousuke got under his skin, no matter how many fights they had, and how close they almost lost each other— Sousuke still managed to make Haru fall in love with him all over again.
“…Sousuke..” His name was whispered, hushed tone barely audible to even himself when said man pulled out the ring and popped the question. He loved him that much, that he wanted to remain by his side forever?
Haruka was at a loss for words, mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water as he stared down at the ring with a mixture of emotions.
“Y… Yes, yes..” He finally gasped out, but before Sousuke could even make a move, Haru grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and yanked him forward, locking their lips together in a desperate, yet passionate kiss just to explain to him exactly what he was feeling in the moment.
