In my paintings and drawings I present a unique artistic world that incarnates a kind of fantasy that lays the foundations for questioning. For me, a kind of mythic consciousness is present in my imagery and poetic expression and can lead to a greater awareness of the psyche, the inner world, the unconscious. the suicide of perception #715, Dimitrios Arampatzioglou

The concept behind his work lives on loose connections, vague patterns and random - seemingly meaningful - loose - encounters. The chronology of a theory that assumes that we are connected to every human being on this planet through no more than five corners without feeling any form of this connection. A critique of the ego-attitude of a completely inward-looking society, in which every individual is aware of his own cosmos. The focus of his work is on intolerance and the love of nothingness. But above all, on the indefinable longing, to be close to someone whose proximity never felt. It reveals life as the grotesque it is. As a bizarre form of non-being. Where the way of the suicide of perception remains is unclear. It is the image of a self constantly changing feeling. A feeling of fear and anxiety discontent.

Arnica, Rafaela Von Der Senfft

It depends on the sunny days in my garden to do those jobs. The shadow of the royal plant was projected in the the paper through natural light. I outlined the shadow of the plant projected onto the paper. Then I take the paper in the studio and create the coloring, the ink in shades of green, brown and blue. Sometimes the cloud stops the projection and I have to wait to continue drawing, sometimes the shadow changes everything in place and I need to adjust the lines that started to continue with the outline again.
