You’ve come a lot farther than you often think. You’re doing so great! :))
such a waste of potential
I’d probably in a much better job position than I am now if nothing of that crap had happened.
I have no positive energy left for this shit
Fuck man. Ich hatte so viel potential als ich noch im Abi war und alles noch mehr oder weniger okay war.
Ich hatte als Kind so viel Potential.
Aber ja. Gesellschaft und Beziehungen. Der größte Dreckmist der Welt.
I feel like killing myself again.
Nothing ever works out and everything gets bad.
No matter how hard I try, life hates me.
Fuck everything, I am so damn unhappy and depressed.
I thought it was getting better but no. That asshole physio had to mess with my jaw again.

Psychological Wounds (Part 3)
Types of manipulation wounds
Betrayal wound: this type of wound occur when a person of trust, typically a parent, betray their child’s trust.
For example, an absent parent who promise to be there for their child’s birthday and never arrive.
Problem as an adult: not being able to fully trust people.
Domination wound: this type of wound occur when a parent or caretaker completely dominate their child.
For example, a parent being overly strict or overprotective.
Problem as an adult: allowing others to control you and having an extreme fear of being controlled.
Guilt wound: this type of wound occur when a parent or caretaker uses guilt as a form of manipulation.
For example, a parent who blames their child for their emotional problems.
Problem as an adult: feeling ashamed and guilty for everything you do even when it’s correct. Not being able to forgive yourself.

Self love is the most important kind of love :))
For whatever you’ve done or whoever you’ve been in your past, you are here now. Forgive yourself for anything and everything. It’s the first step in healing. If you forgive yourself, you will be okay.

5 Ways To Achieve Your Dreams
youre okay if youre not okay, okay? :))
I want to know what makes my friends happy at the core. I want to talk about their dreams and what they believe in to be right for them, even if it’s not what everyone else or I want.
I don’t want that fcking superficial norm-judging.
I care about you. I care about the real you. I care to listen and I can be happy for you.
All I am asking in return is that you’ll be my friend.
Friends don’t judge friends in that fcked up way.
Oh, it’s a problem for people to think and judge from the individual.
It feels like I am one of the few people who really care to listen and who are interested in who you are and what you want and what moves you.
It’s bad that I ocassionally fall into the trap of judging from the outside, as in, what is the norm and what does everyone expect to be “right”.
I do. And it’s bad. But I notice and I step out of it.
And that’s when I also notice how stuck mooost people are in that kind of thinking. How society got into their brains so much they cannot even see their friend for who they are, truely care, listen and be happy for them.
No one actually cares for your heart or soul, no one cares for the individual. It’s all become one massive “inside the norm” thinking that everyone has a problem in judging a reality outside their own. And it’s really bad.
It’s a disease.
People may not understand your vision, your journey, your life. But that’s okay. It’s not for them. Whatever you do, do it for yourself and your own happiness, okay?
Actually. I wanna answer with theories and studies to every bullshit people say just out of spite. Or I could go rampage and talk them to the ground with personal ideals and experiences. Oh, or a mixture of both. Could be fun.
Would turn a “harmless” smalltalk conversation into a battlefield but honestly, I could give less of a fck. When they start bullshit opinion talk they have to know what they get themselves into lol
I’m done being the nice person and protecting people’s faces if they too dumb to protect it themselves.
Oh, yea. But it really makes me resent parents of all kinds.
Like, yea, there are better ones but on a gray scale, they’d still be gray and put their kids through shit. (and also, scientifically speaking, educationally alienated social classes are the worst when it comes to that and also the ones who get the most kids and also the one dominating class in numbers, so..... logical conclusiiioooon)
And it’s so funny how when I, as a pedagog, talk about how messed up the concept of parents is and what kind of shit I have seen in parents, combined with the psychological stuff I studied...
...and there’s people who go and say “There are a lot of good parents out there, too”
...what fcking rating system do you use. Your personal convictions and what you see parents do? Because they buy ice cream for their kids and not immediately yell at them? Because they buy books instead of movies?
That? Do you even know what you’re talking about? Let the pedagog correct you. I’ve studied this shit and know better.
Gotta hate how everyone feels entitled to have an opinion and act like an expert when it comes to social studies and human sciences.
