3D architectural walkthrough animation of a six-floor terraced house in the UK, featuring exterior views, interior sequences, room labels, lift transitions, and complete property visualization. The concept focuses on presenting a complete architectural walkthrough of a multi-level terraced house as a clear, immersive, and market-ready visual experience. The animation was designed to guide the viewer from the exterior development context into the interior of Unit 11, moving through all six floors with a coherent sense of orientation, scale, and spatial flow. Rather than creating a simple static rendering sequence, the project aimed to communicate the full property experience through movement, room labels, floor transitions, and carefully planned camera paths. The walkthrough combines exterior development views, interior circulation, furniture arrangements, lighting, materials, and spatial storytelling into one continuous architectural presentation. exterior visualization / interior visualization / 3D animation · 2026 · UK Full project on serkanyildirimer.ch/works/six-floor-terraced-house-walkthrough/ — 3D-Architektur-Walkthrough-Animation eines sechsgeschossigen Reihenhauses im Vereinigten Königreich mit Außenansichten, Innenraumsequenzen, Raumlabels, Lift-Übergängen und vollständiger Property-Visualisierung. Phasing-based 3D animation for a large-scale man camp project with masterplan visualization, construction phases, landscape context, interior sequence, and corporate video output. This project was developed as a phasing-based 3D animation for a large-scale man camp construction. The aim was to create a cinematic corporate video that visualized the progressive development of the site, synchronized precisely with the client’s voiceover narration. The animation demonstrates the evolution of the camp through its construction phases — from initial foundations to the final residential and executive accommodation units — combining both aerial landscape shots and interior sequences. The project emphasizes clarity of architectural growth, geographical realism, and phased storytelling, showcasing how large-scale infrastructure expands over time. • Visualize a complete exterior masterplan and phasing animation sequence matching narration timing. • Present three main development stages: 1. **Project:** safari-tent-lodge **Generated:** 2026-05-17 **Caption length:** 2252 **Tags:** 15/15 --- Safari Tent Interior – Barefoot Luxury Lodge A six-star barefoot luxury safari lodge interior in the Western Cape. Private spa tent suites with outdoor bathtub, natural materials, and layered lighting — fully visualized with SketchUp and V-Ray. interior visualization / exterior visualization The concept merges the philosophy of barefoot luxury with the sensibility of a six-star retreat. Each tent was designed as a self-contained spa suite — featuring a private wet lounge, outdoor bathtub, and decked relaxation area overlooking the savanna. The interior embraces natural textures such as raw timber, canvas, stone, and bronze, celebrating local craftsmanship while maintaining an atmosphere of calm sophistication. The goal was to let luxury feel effortless — authentic, grounded, and deeply connected to nature. The objective was to elevate the client’s existing architectural layout into a cohesive, award-level interior design package, including fine-tuned plans, 3D visualizations, and curated FF&E documentation. The primary design challenges were: 1. Integrating spa-grade wet areas within a tent structure while respecting waterproofing, drainage, and ventilation requirements. 2. Ensuring thermal comfort and durability in a semi-open, high-humidity environment. 3. Defining mood and lighting layers for both day and night ambience — balancing intimacy and openness. A Spanish Colonial family home interior in California. Stucco walls, exposed beams, ceramic tiles, and bronze fixtures, rendered with full compliance to California Building Code. The design concept was inspired by the timeless elegance of the Spanish Colonial architectural style, reinterpreted for a contemporary family home. The goal was to preserve traditional elements—arched openings, textured stucco, exposed wooden beams, and handcrafted details—while enhancing them with modern comfort and lighting logic. The interior expresses warmth through material richness: natural wood, ceramic tiles, bronze fixtures, and neutral wall tones that emphasize sunlight and spatial continuity. Each space reflects a dialogue between craftsmanship and simplicity, merging historical references with present-day functionality. interior visualization · 2023 · USA Full project on serkanyildirimer.ch/works/spanish-colonial-house/ — Innenausbau eines Familienhauses im spanischen Kolonialstil in Kalifornien. Weisses Schloss – Travertine Styling Wall Visualization A photoreal travertine styling wall visualization for a salon project in Switzerland. Two mirror configurations, integrated lighting, and precise material rendering for presentation and planning. interior visualization The collaboration with Toni Scherrer began with technical sketches, hand-drawn layouts, and furniture references (Eichholtz Atzaro console and Pierre Paulin Tulip Midi chair). Using these specifications, the layout was first modeled in SketchUp, based on real-world dimensions for the travertine desk, mirrors, and LED light placement. Design development included: • Building material shaders for travertine and acrylic side lighting. • Adjusting wall colors to match the tone separation indicated by Teamwork (a slightly darker wall cladding beneath lighter plaster). • Producing two visualization variants: one with twin mirrors, and another with a seamless full-length mirror. • Finalizing illumination with V-Ray, calibrated to soft daylight and warm interior reflection. • Color corrections and fine lighting balance were completed in Adobe Photoshop for presentation delivery. Outcome / Key Features • Photorealistic salon wall visualization presenting both variants. • Material Palette: travertine stone, matte wall panels, warm white plaster, brass wall lamps, and red upholstered chairs. Retail Food Spaces – Architectural Interior Concept & Visualization Architectural interior concept and visualization for two compact retail food spaces in the USA, including restaurant bar layout, ice cream counter design, circulation planning, and fast-turn concept renders. interior visualization This project focused on the rapid development of architectural interior concepts for two compact retail food spaces. The main idea was to transform limited commercial interiors into clear, functional, and visually engaging environments that could support future grant application and project presentation processes. The first space was developed around an ice cream / dessert retail concept, where the counter, entry sequence, seating layout, and production zone needed to work together within a narrow interior footprint. The second space explored a small restaurant / bar concept, where the bar became the primary architectural anchor of the space, supported by a kitchen backdrop and a glass-millwork partition. Both concepts were designed with a strong focus on circulation, seating capacity, customer flow, counter geometry, and spatial clarity. The goal was not only to create attractive visuals, but also to test how each layout could operate in real commercial conditions. Hair Salon Interior Design Interior design and photoreal visualization of a modern hair salon in Switzerland. Functional zoning, calm material palette, and precise lighting design for presentation and production planning. interior visualization The project began with scanned layout references and early sketches provided by Teamwork Friseureinrichtung, a Swiss salon design company. The goal was to create a modern, functional, and photo-realistic salon interior with a calm and minimal atmosphere — combining Swiss precision with warm material tones and efficient space organization. The concept focused on spatial fluidity, comfort, and balanced lighting, integrating washing zones, mirror areas, and reception spaces under one clean architectural language. • Rebuild the full layout based on scanned sketches and dimensions provided by the client. • Optimize circulation flow and visual privacy between hair-wash, styling, and waiting areas. • Develop a 3D model and final photorealistic renders for client presentation and production planning. • Keep a neutral, timeless palette consistent with Teamwork’s design standards — matte beige surfaces, wooden floors, and chrome accents. The project was executed through a continuous email-based collaboration with Toni Scherrer (Teamwork Salondesign). Initial phases involved translating scanned layouts into precise 2D floor plans, followed by the 3D spatial construction in SketchUp. — Das Projekt begann auf Grundlage gescannter Layoutreferenzen und erster Skizzen von Teamwork Friseureinrichtung, einem Schweizer Unternehmen für Salondesign. Ziel war es, einen modernen, funktionalen und fotorealistischen Friseursalon mit ruhiger, minimalistischer Atmosphäre zu entwickeln — eine Gestaltung, die Schweizer Präzision mit warmen Materialtönen und effizienter Raumorganisation verbindet.
