towards the beginning of… our rehearsals. kayne would give us 5 seconds to tune and after that explosion of sound- he’d go down the row and make us each play 1 at a time. if someone was out of tune he exploded them….. but uh….. he quit doing that after he got through the first row of the violins cause he realized he was gonna run out of… arthurs……..
