i think this relationship is teaching me how to handle rejection. teaching me how to know who i am even when i don’t get the validation i think i need to confirm that.. my confidence had strengthened i can’t deny that, but my heart feels weak. i’m torn between allowing the vulnerability to exist or beginning the process of protection.. vulnerability allows me to process all the feels, protection gives me permission to never feel this way again. but which one feeds the soil?
