I have not seen this piece before! I love the way he illustrated the flowers, especially the tulips on the table, and the ballet shoes in their hanging storage.

I know the 1975 anime (completely different character design) and I had no idea there was a manga version drawn by Macoto. It sure is the same bee 🐝 because page mentions ボンゼルス (Bonsels) who wrote 'The Adventures of Maya the Bee'
