Dream Catcher: The Reason For Good Dreams (2020). This project was made of Sculpey clay, aluminum wire, copper, acrylic painting, wood, Epoxy adhesive, and foliage fiber clusters. Morning hike in Mt. Tammany, New Jersey. Nope these ain’t snow below the mountain.
This is my first art blog, so I’ll keep it short, relatively.
I’m traveling in the U.S. at this very moment. Driving from North Carolina, I’m going to see my best friend in college and his family in New Jersey, to spend the Thanksgiving week with them. It’s going to be fun!
Earlier, I just finished the first quarter in art school, my dream place. I go to Savannah of College Design (SCAD, you’ll probably hear me talking about SCAD a lot in the next few years), studying CGI Animation. My goal is to have a master degree.
Supposedly, everything is going well in my life, however it just feels a bit empty inside... it feels like I’m just working hard alone on this entire thing. The path of animation is so SO far away, and I kinda wish for a friend to help me with the projects along the way. Not even mentioning that I need to work more, a lot more.
Alright I still have lots to say, but this is a good point to stop. The pic is a logo for myself I made during school, using Adobe Illustrator. I title it, Silhouette of Cuddling Puppy and Baby Cat. See you all in the next post!

You just go for it! Take it at your own pace and try your best to not be impatient with yourself! Your level and speed of growth might be faster/slower than someone else’s, so focus on your own path and let the journey take you to amazing places and opportunities! There’s obvs going to be obstacles in the way of what you want to do, but the greater the accomplishment requires even greater challenges, though the real question is if you’re willing to take the plunge and try anyways?
