She recently published a document stating that, during her employment, she faced harassment and aggressive behavior from her ex-manager, and that whenever she tried to speak up about it, she was simply ignored.

For everyone who needs it, I have the basic summary of what happened ( this is what I gathered from the notes cause I can't decipher official documents well ):
1. Roblox failed to protect Stealth Pilot from an aggresive ex-manager ( Ryan Hessel ) who purposely:
- ignore her when she wasn't doing what he wanted
- tried to get near her on multiple occasions
- forced her to work in situations she wasn't comfortable with and that she had trauma with ( kid safe )
- force her to reveal extremely personal information
- send her things unsolicited ( a book )
- only saw her flaws and tried to gaslight her into thinking she was the problem
- Lied about what stealth pilot had to do prior to meetings only to contradict it
And now I ask you to read this document and spread this information as widely as possible.
