Gah this is driving me nuts
What are all of the episodes Danny uses his ghostly wail?? I know there’s one where he’s standing on the ground and uses it and I suck at details but I can’t figure out which episode it is and it’s killing me. I don’t think it’s in the ultimate enemy either.

The whole series is Vlad’s fault.
He fucked with and then stalled Maddy and Jack’s research and wounded himself. If he didn’t do that, they wouldn’t have doubted their first portal and made the second, I’m not mad from a story point of view, but really.
Actually, he did not. Jack made a mistake in the portal. He poured soda in it or something. Maddie mentioned that the calculations for the portal are incorrect. Jack activated it anyways. Vlad was standing too close. Boom. Plasmius.
And even if Vlad did mess up the portal, that doesn’t mean that Jack and Maddie wouldn’t have made a bigger one that resulted in Danny’s ghost form.
He didn’t mess the research. He didn’t wound himself. He didn’t influence the makings of the second portal.

phantom apparently did not get the message that danny wanted to go back to being human, and took the ghost gauntlets from vlad. vlad had no intention to turn danny or danny’s ghost half evil at this point; plasmius did not go after phantom after being separated and tossed against the wall. it was an accident, a tragic misunderstanding… just like everything else to the halfas happened in the series.
#honestly i was kinda confuzed as to why phantom fused with plasmius#like wow did that really seem like a good idea#makes me think that ghosts are inherently bad#when they dont have a personality to latch onto#when danny was split with the dream catcher he split his personality too#but here he wanted to retain his personality and just get rid of his ghost half#now im not sure how radioactive dna works#but i am pretty sure that you cant rip a physical trait form someone #oh well#science is basically treated like magic in dp#anyways i think ghosts automatically are prone to misbehavior#and some ghosts accept it #like vlad or skulker#and other hold onto their personalities and traits #and i guess without him knowing#danny was actually balancing out phantom#by being bonded with him and keeping him in check
^^^^^ exactly. If you think it through, everything was Jack’s fault. He messed the first portal up by accidentally knocking the soda can down, which lead it to be poured in the ecto filtrater? Yeah I guess that was it. What it lead to: Vlad getting ectoacne -> Vlad get’s a ghost half. Next thing we know. Jack and Maddie build a bigger portal and leaving it bc they think it doesn’t work in the lab. Go out without LOCKING THE LAB. With their 14 year old son ALONE AT HOME. Well with friends, but they were 14, too! What great parenting~ Why didn’t they lock it in the first place? If I had a child at ANY age under 18, I would lock my deadly, unstabilized, GHOST stuff like three times, tell them if they go anywhere near the lab they would spend their live in a cell. Would only go out of the lab while an experiment is running with me knowing EXACTLY where my kid is. Holy hell, man. I can’t get over that fact! And why Vlad is evil? Oh, hmm maybe because Jack and Maddie didn’t visit him once btw and he spend 20 years in a hospital. Think about it. The woman he dearly loved, even if he was an idiotic fanboy, did not, I repeat, did NOT visit him once in 20 years even if she knew it was Jack’s fault that he was sick.
What nice friends~ And he was ready to forget all that for her. If I was in his situation, I would probably be the same?! The guy I would hate, made me sick, didn’t visit me while I was in the hospital even tho he claimed to be my best friend, he took the woman from me (at least that is what Vlad sees) and then he even had the guts to act like nothing happened when I saw him the next time. Nice~ And don’t get me wrong. I love Danny’s parents. Omg I love them so much, but they are still somewhat unresponsible, big childs. Yes, they can be great parents if they want. Yes, they have their moments. Yes, Danny couldn’t wish for a better family. But not everything is Vlad’s fault. Thank you very much.
Why didn’t vlad turn to plasmious when he sae the gauntlets in dannys hands? It kinda is his fault.
So just because he didn’t ‘go ghost’ it’s ALL VLAD’S FAULT? I don’t think so. Vlad didn’t, and couldn’t anticipate what Phantom was going to do. He was caught off guard, and scared. When someone scares you do you think clearly? No. You don’t.
If we’re playing the blame game then it’s just as much Danny’s fault because HIS ASKING IS THE REASON VLAD DID IT. Vlad wanted to help Danny, and Danny wanted to get rid of his pain, and likely wouldn’t take no for an answer cause he’s a stubborn lil shit.
In this episode you can hear Vlad tell Danny it was when "[Vlad's] evil side overwhelmed [Danny]" that he went nuts and turned evil after they fused. That's what this post is referring to.
