Water Enhancer: Plain Taste Can Go to Rest, I Got a New Flavor!

Some people have no trouble getting their daily water intake simply because they enjoy the taste of plain water, while for others staying properly hydrate is quite the challenge, since they would rather drink soda or some other flavoured drink than water. Well, unfortunately I belong to the second group of people who don't particularly enjoy the plain taste of water and therefore try to avoid it as much as possible. I would only sip on a small glass of water after a meal and that's it. When I was very busy at the office I would even forget to drink water for hours. I will often replace it with other drinks, such as coffee, tea, soda and convince myself that they can provide me with the necessary H2O intake. But, in reality nothing can replace water and the detoxifying and refreshing effects it has on the body and I learned this the hard way. How you ask? Well, I truly understood the importance of water when I started exercising.

During those intense training sessions the body loses a lot of fluids and it can only be properly rehydrated with enough H2O. Since I wasn't drinking enough water, I would often have very little energy during my workout, probably because my body was at the edge of dehydration, which often leads to fatigue. I often came home from the gym feeling completely exhausted and with a dry mouth, so it was about time I stopped depriving my body of a healthy dose of H2O. Considering my love for flavoured drinks, I figured I should find a way how to turn water from plain and boring into a delicious liquid that I would enjoy drinking. I went online to look for some flavour-changing recipes and while browsing the net I came across a product called a water flavor enhancer, which is designed to quickly change the taste of H2O.

I did a bit of research and found out that there are actually many different types of water enhancers. Many of them contain sugars and artificial colours, so are not the healthiest. But, there are also some that have no artificial additives. One such healthy water flavor enhancer is the liquid stevia enhancer. It's made from natural ingredients and contains no sugar. The stevia leaf itself is sweet enough to make the water taste delicious so the stevia water drops require no additional sugars to give the water a sweeter taste. The main ingredient in the stevia water drops is actually water and they contain no calories. Now that I use the healthy water flavor enhancer I no longer have the need to replace the good old H2O with unhealthy beverages, such as soda and sport drinks.

The water drops come in many different flavours and just a small amount is enough to enhance the taste of water. I add only two to three drops to one glass and the water changes its flavor and colour in a matter of seconds. But, it's all up to personal taste. If you prefer you water sweeter, you can add more drops to your water, just don't get carried away because stevia is naturally very sweet, so really a little goes a long way. My favourite fruits are strawberry and kiwi, so I had to get three bottles of strawberry and kiwi water drops. I also picked up one raspberry lemonade flavoured bottle and one made to taste like peach and mango. With so many tasty water drops I'm all ready to enjoy my daily water intake and hit the gym well hydrated.

The Benefits of Using a Optical Rotary Encoder

Usually, rotational motion axes are being used in powering material transport, for example in conveyors between the processing stations. Often, what drives rotational axes with hydraulic cylinders in machines is the hydraulic motors.  Even when electric motors is what drives them, the optical rotary encoder often needs to be synchronised.

These encoders provide you with the true information about the position as soon as they are powered up. They eliminate the whole process of initialization and they are preferred where it's needed for the location of the axis to be known instantly.

A tachogenerator (tachometer generator) is a specifically designed instrument that uses an internally generated electrical signal to measure the rotational rate of a shaft. The signal or voltage rotates the internal mechanism of the generator at the same speed as the shaft. It provides a direct connection between the tachometer and the shaft. The tachometer circuitry reads the generated voltage which is then displayed on a readzout or fed to a speed controller.

The tachogenerator uses mechanical energy (the turning of the shaft) to produce electrical power. It is a highly efficient measurement device, designed to produce precise voltages for a range of shaft speeds in mechanical equipment. The rotational speed of the equipment is determined by measuring the voltage that is produced by the tachogenerator. The range of voltage signals is between 0 to 10 volts.

Tachogenerators measure the speed of electrical motors, engines, as well as the devices they power like machine tools, fans, mixers, etc. They are also used for indicating the direction of rotation in measurement and control systems. This tragic melody is a period piece referencing actual places in Mississippi. The story tells about a hard-working family which sits during supper one night, and the mother tells them that a neighborhood kid named Billy Joe recently committed suicide by jumping off a bridge. The response from the family was blended; the father never really liked Billy Joe, but the mother was more sympathetic. The older brother was once friend with him, while the sister had a somewhat undefined relationship with him that she kept secret from the other relatives. They reminisced about Billy Joe's life and wondered what could have driven him to such an act, but this only showed that the kid's suicide had no particular effect on their lives. Although the song never says it outright, it is implied that the sister and Billy Joe had a baby together and threw the infant off the bridge so they would not have to face the consequences of their illegal affair. The guilt that Billy Joe felt because of this was ultimately the reason why he killed himself.
