Stopping in tracks heading back to her little spot she seen the girl a few centimeters away from her and she laughed a little at how she was acting before deciding to speak up “Yeah sorry to break it to you but um…there’s no service here.” she pursed her lips together not knowing how the conversation would go.
Ashlyn dropped her arm in frustration, her lower lip forming a frown. She looked at the girl she didn't notice at first, but then shrugged, "You can't deny that it was worth a shot. I'm sure my parents are worried about me anyways." She frantically looked back at her phone screen and saw the No Service sign in the upper left corner of her phone.
