So let's talk about this pure alchemy which @wildhareuk has created, since receiving these I have used them daily, at night with butters or by day with just a bit of heat for a heated brush or hair dryer. The viscosity of this oil is amazing doesn't take alot to warm in the hands with a bit of heat from a hair dryer or heated brush just help make you beard a bit extra #tamed but softer and nourished. The scents are amazing I do us Brady at night, Rose and Joanna are great day scents last a good few hours in beard. They all work well with anything else I chose to us from balms or cologne. This is one of if not the best oil I have used myself since starting my beard journey it leaves my beard softer and nourished with a great smell so what is not to like, I really can't wait to see what else is to come my hat of to you sir you set out to make a great beard oil but for me have set a bench mark to hit. This my opinion on the beard struggle and why I stepped away from the brand ambassadors. When I first started this bearded journey like most I chose a brand that I saw plastered all over social media and when I was about to place my first order got an email about a brand ambassador for the beard struggle like most I thought this would be a good time to spend my spare time in lockdown. I ordered a starter kit and used this for a few months of using I tried a different brands, I saw a big difference in the quality of the smaller brands also the passion that went into making high quality products that left them behind. In this time I saw the ambassadors grow in the thousands so as I see it an over saturation of the market and drowning out of the smaller businesses, there is a lot of support for the ambassadors but can be hard to be heard from the crowd of people doing the same thing. I will not comment on their raids that they endorse of their ambassadors. There are in my opinion smaller businesses making a lot better products for better price these are the ones that will get my money and reviews, I look forward to seeing what @wildhareukbeardcare and @beardtings have to offer. A horrible wet day here in the South East of kent so to cheer myself up today I used @devilishlybearded_apparel vanilla fudge, put the oil in 5 minutes later a bit of heat to help straighten then some balm to help hold gives a nice hold with a good scent for the day. As you may be aware I am a big fan of beard butter so I am always looking for new ones to try. So when I heard about @beardolutionltd I thought it would be nice to give it a go so placed an order, well it didn't take long to arrive the first thing that I noticed which is hard to miss the packaging from the nice box it arrived it, the blue glass and the label. When opening the jar you see a lovely whipped piped rose with the smell of lavender, the consistency of this is soft like cream when emulsified in hand it turns almost into a moisturiser. Once used I noticed the next morning my beard is a lot softer especially my moustache which is normally dryer and takes more work, the scent is nice I don't find it overpowering I do wish it would last longer as I do like to wake up and just get a little bit of hint of the scent. Overall I will say that this is one of the best butters I have used, the soft whipped butter with a nice scent if the only thing I can pick up on is that I wish the scent would last longer then this is a winner.
