Hello, dears! I am Astrid Eriksdóttir, also called ‘2P Dyrland’ by some. Signe kicked me off of her blog, so I’ve made my own. Don’t worry, I don’t bite!

Astrid was more influenced by the Winter Court and its archfey, Illtvetur, as opposed to Signe who was influenced by the Summer Court. As a result, she picked up sadistic tendencies, including finding joy in hunting- chasing others with less than good intentions.
Before Illtvetur was involved however, Astrid endured horrible treatment from other fae. The only reason they gave was that she needed to ‘grow a thicker skin’ when in reality the fae were simply indulging in their sadistic tendencies. As a result, Astrid developed a resistance to freezing temperatures and an unhealthy indifference to being hurt.
In the early 1800s, a famine hit the island after a poor harvest. Astrid never valued human lives as much as Signe, and to survive she turned to cannibalism, a habit which continued into the modern day. The famine was one of the main reasons why a brutal revolution occurred, one which ended in Dyrland gaining independence.
In 1874, just as America met Signe for the first time, Astrid had the misfortune of meeting Allen (2P America), who proceeded to commit a series of transgressions not excluding breaking down Astrid’s door and not paying for a replacement.

During winter months, she can use cryomancy but only during that time.

Information on non-country side characters
Description of Valvikurja (no reference image yet): 8’00” tall owlbear fae; falls asleep on the spot often due to narcolepsy. She has amber eyes, white hair, sharp teeth, white feathered ear tufts, a muscular build, and plenty of battle scars on her face and body.
