Emil is my baby brother. I love him and would never trade anything for him. Are you and other me not close?
I'm... Nowhere near as patient as Emil... And my you... Is a little... Flaky... Unreliable... I'm sorry to say I'm not the kindest towards him. I'm sure he'd prefer a brother like yours.

... He's bad at keeping promises. He messes up a lot... He's late often... Clumsy... Unorganised... I know he wants to make things up to me, but I'm not patient with him at all... It feels like every mistake he makes, my patience gets thinner and thinner with him. He doesn't deserve it. He's a good person at heart. I feel like the problem is me.
Maybe, but he also sounds like a very annoying person to live with. I'm assuming you live together?
We used to... He kept waking me up early in the morning. It infuriated me. He was trying too hard, trying to make me breakfast every morning and coddle me like a child. It was suffocating, so I left.
I try to visit him regularly, but it feels like he's... Sick? Confused? I don't know. It doesn't seem to have been kind on him since I left.

Emil lives with me most of the time. I enjoy living with him. He's just very pleasant to be around. He doesn't give himself enough credit for that.

I don't know much about him. Other than that he seems to be very generous when it comes to taking in stray countries.
That's a downside. In my opinion, at least. I don't really talk to many nations other than the other Nordics and my other friends, so it frustrates me a little when he takes in randoms. I don't let it bother me too much, though...
He's very useful. As in, helpful. You know what I mean. He always takes on household chores... I feel bad about it, he should be going out and having fun.
That's interesting... Why do you think that is?
It could be that you're very protective? Or do you think he ought to be more selective with the people he helps because you're particularly picky when it comes to who you interact with?
I'm sure he doesn't spend all his time on chores. Surely he has some friends.
Our Norway is a little too selective with his friends... In the sense that he quite literally refuses to speak to anyone other than myself... And I suppose sweden... And occasionally Denmark and Finland...
I didn't mean for it to sound like household chores is all Em does... That's not it.
He does have friends. Some very stupid people, but they make him happy, so who am I to judge. Maybe I am protective.
Does he outright refuse?
Yes. I think he can't handle talking to people. He's not very... Eloquent. That's not to say his intelligence is low, he just can't express himself adequately and oftentimes says things he doesn't mean because he can't communicate properly.
