So are you able to freeze time?

“I’m able to do anything that manipulates time. I can reverse and fast forward time. Slow time down and I can input temporal time looping. Since I can manipulate time like so, it does make it seem I have enhanced speed and reflexes. I can heal and revive people by specifically reversing time on them but I have never really done so. I am capable of resetting time itself.”
