Hey guys! So long story short, someone stole from me and I lost a whole bunch of money! I won't beg, I'm willing to work, so I'm bringing back my $5 Don't Starve doodles! I haven’t done these in a while but I want to get back into the swing of things.

Notice: Blog Activity

Hello! I’ve received many, MANY asks in the last few months asking me if this blog is still active. Most of them I have answered privately because I didn’t want to be redundant, but now I’m going on the record.

Yes, this blog is still active. I have many sketches for asks in my drawing folder, I just haven’t had the time/motivation to work on them.

Yes, I’m slow. I know this. I’m sorry. Art is hard and my inspiration comes and goes. Art is just one of my many interests/pastimes. I have a lot of them.

No, I don’t get any profit from this blog. This is a blog I update when I can/when feel like it.

There are currently 150+ asks in the inbox. It’s very, very overwhelming. The response to this blog was greater than I expected it to be. I’m very grateful for all the support. But updates will be slow, and when I feel like it. Yes, they will likely be months apart or will come in clusters. Your ask will not be prioritized above others just because you demand it. Most of you have been very polite and kind, but there have been some that have been quite rude and/or passive aggressive.

This does not help. Please be nice. It’s frustrating and hurtful when you’re rude in the askbox.

Unless I say so, assume this blog is still active, just with slow updates.

Okay, that’s all I have to say. Thank you for indulging me, and I’m sorry if I came across as aggressive at any point during this notice.

how have you been, it's been 3 months since this blog updated and I'd like to know how things have been going for you.

Hey there, thanks for asking! I’ve been keeping my distance from tumblr in all honesty. All the stupid on this site was starting to hurt my brain…It was definitely time to take a long break.

I also haven’t been playing DS that often either…at some point I’d like to return to getting down to responding to asks. So, again, apologies that I’m not consistent. This blog is just for fun and for ‘whenever I feel like it’, and I know that’s not ideal for a lot of people, but it just is what it is. T.T

Nimble’s Commissions (Updated March 23, 2018)

This is my commissions post. Please give me money and I will draw you things!

March 23, 2018: I have increased some of my prices. Sorry, I need money. T.T Please consider commissioning me!

Q: Nimble! What are your prices?

A: It usually depends on how many characters are in the picture. I charge MINIMUM $15 for each doodle, and the prices go up depending on how many characters are present, sans background. Adding shading and lighting adds to the price. Here’s some examples of doodles that I would charge minimum $15 for.

This picture would cost $20 ($15 base price + $5 for lighting).

This picture would cost $25 ($15 base price + $5 for the extra characer + 5 for lighting).

This picture would also cost $25 ($15 base price + $5 for the extra character + 5 for lighting).

This picture would cost $20 ($15 base price + $5 for the extra character). There’s no lighting so no charge for that.

This picture would cost $15, since there’s one character and no lighting.

Sketches cost $5.

Q: I want a background!

A: It’ll cost you depending on how detailed the background is. For $30, which the bare minimum for a not-complex background, you get this:

The Works can cost anywhere from $75 to $150, depending on the complexity of the background.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: Paypal only. Please note that I won’t start work on the commission unless I get paid. I’ll also send you WIP shots if so desired!

Q: What will you draw/not draw?

Essentially I’ll be happy to draw anything, but right now I’m more focused on Don’t Starve.

As for what I won’t draw, essentially it boils down to no NSFW. I’d prefer not to draw OCs without a good reference.

I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason. If you’d already paid for one and I’m for some reason unable to finish it, you will get a refund! Unless I died or something. In which case I can’t refund. Because I’m dead.

Q: I want to commission you but I want something bigger than a doodle.

A: Message me and we can negotiate! I tend to give discounts to people I know personally, so if you’re a buddy-o-mine, expect a fair discount.
