New Ask Blog!!

Hello!!

I'm Phia, and this is a new Ask Blog for my Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky hero and partner!! This will be primarily a text-based ask blog as I don't really have a means of drawing, but I hope you'll be interested, anyway!!

[The odd arceus seems curious] You are quite unlike any I have ever seen, a unique one, I quite like that.

I would like to know your name. I will give out my name in exchange. My name is Anigi.

???: "Unique? no more unique than any other of our kind, I suppose. Eons since I last saw another Arceus, and now we have seen two. I suppose it IS a momentous occasion.

We have gone by many names, as we are sure you have as well. The one I selected for myself.... There was a rare ore native to one of the worlds we once created, colored in a spectrum of light that does not have a name. I found it quite beautiful, like no other I have seen since. The closest approximation to it would be..... gold."

??? thinks for a moment. "I will not have much need of a name soon, but Aurum will suffice."

{ AskIllusionFox } - In the form of an albino Espeon, the Psychic Plate Arceus appears before this enigmas creature. It’s eyes remain closed, but it addresses the creature directly - Hm. You seem to be having trouble communicating with these wandering mortals. What is your purpose in this realm? - Kan

As Kan approaches, the strange, eight-limbed pokemon raises their head and seems to almost relax at the sight of the other.

A psychic voice presses into Kan's mind, familiar in the way pokemon of their rare kind speak to one another. Familiar runes flash in Kan's mind, rearranging themselves as the other Arceus speaks.

???: "Kinsman...."

The other Arceus' mind burrows deeper into Kan's for a moment, stifling in a quick search that would have been painful on an ordinary pokemon. Then, the other withdraws to surface thoughts, standing and shifting their towering form into something more familiar.

A white Ninetales with thick fur stands before Kan, head bowed in apology.

???: "Forgive my invasive action, kinsman. Your form and words were strange to me. I only wished to understand a little better. Perhaps now we may speak on more familiar terms with you and these others...

My purpose? I suppose, my current purpose is to wait for my death."

Such an empty place, like the entropic miasma left behind a dying universe, warm but dead... At least that's what it reminds me of. So! Are you sleeping on the job or are you just incapable? Or maybe you're imprisoned? I mean, you look sort of like an Arceus.

At Doubt’s voice, a single massive eye opens. It looks blearily around a moment, but quickly sharpens on the tiny creature perched on it’s paw.

A voice like hard static fills the head of all nearby pokemon. It is completely unintelligible, and frankly, it makes your head hurt.

Perhaps a psychic type pokemon, or a pokemon capable of speaking in the minds of others, would have more success?
