Hunter noticed the man but didn’t bother him- usually when people had loud music playing they didn’t like being bothered. He hoisted his large bags and dropped them on the opposite bed- closing the door carefully behind him. He walked back to the bed and sat down, digging into his bag facing away from the roommate as he unpacked. The music sounded familiar- but he didn’t want to interrupt him. He put his guitar case across the bed and knelt down to put his clothes away on the drawer. Humming as he did so.
In silence between songs Negative heard some noises in the room and he opened his eyes in alert. There was someone in here? Why? Oh, yeah, right. Dorms. Roommates. He observed the other guy with interest as he unpacked. Red fringe was visible even though he was turned away from Negative and white-haired man smiled lightly at the sight. And he had a guitar. Even better.
Negative took off his headphones, not switching off the music, which made the melody more clear. "We’re damned after all. Through fortune and flame we fall. And if you can stay then I’ll show you the way, to return from the ashes you call." He cleared his throat not to scare the guy with sudden talking. “You could just poke me back to reality, you know?”
Hunter heard the music and the man clear his throat. He smiled a bit and turned towards him- his dual hues seem to lit up a bit. "O-Oh, well I take h-headphones as a universal sign of "let me jam out in p-peace" especially w-when it is "Mama" from MCR" he grinned brushing his red bangs a bit just out of sheer habit. "Name's Hunter Anson- pleased to m-meet ya."
Hunter still had no idea of whom he would be dorming with. his acquaintances Hans and Ted seem super nice, he was hoping that they would become good friends. He walked over to his old VW Bug Van and slid the door open, grabbing his bags and making his way to the dorms.
He stopped in the hallway- looking for his name in the dorm list- he spotted it quickly and memorized the number, hurrying up the stairs repeating the numbers to himself- completely forgetting to check WHO he was dorming with. He stopped at the door, taking a deep breath, smiles and steps inside. “H-Hello?”
There was a pale man with white hair lying on the bed with his arms folded under his head, his eyes were closed. From big purple headphones on his ears could be heard loud rock music. He didn’t notice when the other student came in.

"I wonder if Hans is on break too…I haven’t really made any acquaintances besides him." he muttered to himself heading down the open hall, a few books to his arm...

"Actually, I am. Already have my stuff there. Don't know who I have a dorm with either." He shrugged. "I'm sure whoever your room-mate is, they won't be that bad!" he said cheerfully, before a thought came to him. "Oh! I have an idea! If you don't like your room-mate, then I'm sure you could switch with mine! 'Least then you'll know that you can trust your room-mate." he explained, laughing slightly.
"Yeah, I should probably go ahead and check who I'm rooming with then. H-here." he quickly scribbled on a piece of paper and handed it to Ted. "M-my number in case you need h-help again or whatever. See ya!" he waved and quickly took off towards the dorms.

Ted took the map gratefully. "Thanks! This will really help!" He prepared to leave, but he couldn't because he hadn't done anything in return for Hunter. And he wasn't one to leave people hanging most of the time. "Hey, um Hunter, was it? If you ever need help with anything I'll be more than willing to help you out." He smiled kindly to reiterate his point, because he meant it.
"No problem Ted, thanks." he smiled back. "I'm suppose to be heading to the dorms soon but I'm not sure who my room-mate is going to be like. Hopefully they won't beat me up." he laughed nervously- coughing into his hand. "I just kinda left my stuff back in my car- how about you? A-Are you staying in the dorms too?"

Ted smiled, glad that he was lucky enough to be able to run into someone that was considerably nice. "Well, I was looking for the Mechanics class, but I haven't been able to find it." And he really needed to as well. He may have excelled in the area already from experience, but he was scared that he may have been messing up his bike in the process.
He looked to the young man's map and thought a moment. "The Mechanic's department all got moved to the f-far back of the school- it's a new building right behind the Art Department." he said pointing to the large beige building. "J-just follow the small path and it will lead you to the school statue and in front of it is the Mech Department." he flashed a warm smile in Ted's direction. "Here, I re-did the outdated map myself. I already memorized it so I w-won't be needing it anymore." he said handing Ted his map, there was a lot of small notes and drawn buildings and department names.
Okay, so where are these dorms?
I'm too new to this town- I know someone mentioned something about dorms but, where are they and who do I talk to about assignments? Maybe someone around here would be able to help....if I didn't spend the whole day in the library.
"I wonder if Hans is on break too…I haven’t really made any acquaintances besides him." he muttered to himself heading down the open hall, a few books to his arm and his bag loosely hung from his shoulder. "Still have to find my dorm, make friends, pass...

Ted smiled, glad that he had been able to get the person's attention. "Hi! I was wondering if you could help me find my next class..." He motioned to the map in his hand. "I've been trying to use this map, but it isn't really going so well." As he finished talking he realized he should probably introduce himself. "I'm Ted by the way."
"I had the s-same issue earlier today, it s-seems our maps are outdated a bit. I'm Hunter- n-nice to meet you." he looked over the map in Ted's hand. "Where do you need to g-go? I kinda memorized t-the whole campus already."

"Still have to find my dorm, make friends, pass and graduate and be one step closer to my dream." he smiled to himself proudly for a moment, before sulking back into the timid quiet complexion he wore around strangers.
Ted looked at the map in his hand as he looked for his next class. ‘You’d think that this would be easier to read…’ He stopped and grunted before looking up and noticing someone else in the hall. “Hey!” he called out.
Hunter just kept hearing everyone shouting in his general direction today and it was scaring him a bit. He turned expecting some large jock to knock him on his back or knock over his books- but instead it was a young kid, like himself, clutching a piece of paper- probably as lost as he had been this morning, the head master of this school seem to like giving outdated maps of his school and it seems it was getting to some students.
"C-Can I help you?" he meekly spoke to Ted.

((Mod: Lame dork needed reaction images my lazy butt made these yayyy))
"Oh man, I..think I’m lost. Wait-wasn’t the building that way? I reviewed the campus map clearly and.." the boy rubbed his face annoyed, tipping his glasses out of his eyes as he tried to think of where his class was suppose to be, he would ditch- but the thought of missing any important information kept him staring at the paper in his hands.
He turned and paced back towards the campus map on the other side of the building he was currently at, he would of asked some of the students- but his flustered personality always caught up to him and he would end up stuttering and getting himself worked up over it and making an idiot out of himself. His two-tone colored eyes looked up at the map, trying to find himself again, and the classroom he was suppose to be in.
Hans strode down the hallway, looking from roomnumbers to a paper in his hands, beginning to panic quietly
he rounds a corner and finally catches sight of someone else.
a sense of relief floods him and he jogs over
"Hey! Um, what class are you headed to?"
!! The sudden intrusion to his thought made the young man jolt slightly, oh boy- he had to speak. He felt his face flush a bit. “I-I’m looking for Biology 1- t-this map says it’s here but I c-can’t find it. I’ve found j-just about every class except biology.” he looked to the ginger haired male hoping he wouldn’t laugh at his stuttering- he was already being picked on by the popular kids for being in Honors classes.
Hans looked down at the paper in the other kid’s hand, eyebrows furrowing.
"I think your map might be a bit outdated. Bio 1 is on the other side of the building i thought? More over here."
he pointed and then consulted his own map
"But neither of the maps actually show the Costume department? I’m supposed to meet someone."
He frowned, rubbing the back of his neck
"I’m going to be so late."
He beamed a bit. “I s-see. Oh yeah. Um, I saw a few students pushing a small clothes cart of costumes t-that way, maybe that’s where the costume department is? If n-nothing else, they might be able to help you find the department.” he smiled pointing to an open hall on the opposite side of the building he was suppose to go. “Thank y-you for the help- name’s Hunter.” he said extending his hand to the stranger.
"No no, thank you! Hans. I’m Hans."
He accepted the handshake with his best grin, slightly less worried now that he had a general idea of where he was going.
"I guess I'll see you around then Hans.Bye." he shyly broke away and turned to go in the direction Hans had told him Biology 1 was located.
