So of course it’s now time to humanize the monster of all monsters Orochimaru before we kill him off like the bastard he is.

The fact that Kubo is still reminding us of Inoue's love for Ichigo even in the last arc makes me wonder his intentions. I don't think he will just end it with Inoue never saying anything or Ichigo never finding it out, otherwise that would be a dissatisfying end to the subplot. I feel like this is definitely building up to something between the two of them. Do you think Kubo made Inoue in love with Ichigo for most of the series just so he could go, "Lolz no. Ichigo loves Rukia."?
Exactly. Like Kubo could have had Orihime fall out of love for Ichigo or made her feelings an unhealthy obsession or something, but it’s the exact opposite. She’s only continued to love him more and became stronger and more confident in herself as a person. She and Ichigo have only progressed in their relationship and help and rely on each other a lot. She’s always been very selfless in how she treats him.
We’ve been constantly reminded of how she feels and as for ichigo; he has shown strong physical attraction and has opened up to her even more than before. As for the fact that he cared about her is something we’ve been seeing since the start of Bleach.
Since the last arc started, he’s had Orihime by his side most of the time. He was shown to have more screentime and development with her, and now she’s the one beside him as he fights his mother’s murderer. Things cannot get more obvious. They’ve had wingmen and wingwomen trying to get them together fgs. It’d be bad storytelling if Kubo had Ichigo suddenly fall in love with another girl who he barely had any romantic progression with.
And neither is Kubo Kishimoto. There’s no red herring here like it was in Naruto.
“It’s okay to cry, Kurosaki-kun”
Bleach - Episode 241
your favorite form of ichigo? (hollow, dangai, mugetsu, ect.)
Honestly? It’s probably a weird answer, but my favorite form is just normal, substitute soul reaper Ichigo.
His hollow form used to make me sad. It just caused him so much misery, you know? Sure, the damage he could take and deal out when hollowfied was impressive, but he was always so terrified of losing what little control he had over it. It was heartbreaking to watch him take that beating from Yammy because he was so afraid of his hollow. And as great as his fight with Ulquiorra was, Ichigo’s desperate attempts to deny his “fake” victory and win on his own merit was depressing. (Plus, his guilt over injuring Uryu.) I’m glad that his hollow has become more of a comrade than an enemy now, and his new form is pretty amazing, but it’s still hard for me to shake the memory of his early experiences with it.
As far as his dangai and mugetsu forms go: they’re awesome designs and were interesting to watch in battle. But still, the end of the Deicide arc wasn’t a happy time for Ichigo. He didn’t get any enjoyment out of defeating Aizen. He already knew he was going to win, and he, like a lot of the other characters at that point, was just exhausted and ready for the fight to be over. He couldn’t even look when Aizen was sealed away. Ichigo had empathy for him, despite everything Aizen had done. And both he and the audience knew that this was the end of his status as a soul reaper. He’d lose his powers, his ability to protect, which means the world to him, but he was willing to give it up if that’s what it took to save everyone. The fight just wasn’t enjoyable for me. Aizen remained pathetically trapped in his delusional god complex until the end. Watching a character you care about give up something they value so highly in order to defeat a person who’s already lost is just… tragic, I guess.
But Ichigo is truly happy as a substitute soul reaper. He’s built up that strength on his own; even if he’s had help from others, it belongs to him. He’s used it to protect the people around him, and at the end of the day, that’s what matters to Ichigo. It’s the form he was in when I started to realize he was my favorite character. It’s the form he fought to regain after he lost it, twice. It’s Ichigo’s origin, the form that has inspired and been adored by so many, including myself.
It’s the form that changed his life for the better. No other form, no matter how cool, can trump that for me.
Can someone get Channing Tatum on the phone, and have him tell Jonah Hill that he needs to calm his ass down, and take a couple of seats with these sabotage shenanigans?
Bleach
So, I’ve just started watching Bleach. I’m only on episode 8 right now, and one of my friends told us, before I even started watching the show, that she disliked Orihime.
After watching a few episodes, I don’t see how that’s possible. She’s sweet, and caring, and BADASS enough to fucking HUG a hollow’s jaw to protect her friend. The fact he was her brother makes it even more amazing.
I will fight for this character. She is precious.
Chad is precious, too, but I doubt anyone actually dislikes him to the extent they do Orihime. In the few episodes I’ve seen, those two are the sweetest characters in the show so far.
Surely this character will make it through the entire series without being brutally murdered.
The day you look back at your favorite anime and discover ur almost double their age but they still left that fuzzy feeling in your heart
Something to realize. . .
Rukia is always a headstrong girl with a great heart. She’s not the type to easily cry despite how much she is hurting inside. Of course, there are instances where she cries (given after all she went through).
But surprisingly, she was ever shown crying only for two people…
For Kaien…
And…
For Ichigo…
And that is something considering that she never cried for anyone else. And also, these two are people that Rukia considered to be “special” someone. Kaien is the man that she had admired (and implied to have romantic interests with). Meanwhile, Ichigo is… (。•̀ᴗ-)✧
Well, let me just put this to put two and two together…
Edit Note: Add the fact that she wasn’t really shown crying in Kaien’s. Those are rain drops dripping from her face (mixed with tears?). Now, which feelings are stronger? (¬w¬)
Honestly it's truly beautiful I/chigo is this messy mix
&& you have O/rihime this beautiful goddess like creature of light.
