Hello there 👋, I’m Nathan Freeling, my niece Esther managed to get me a phone that won’t fall through my hands, besides hanging out with Abbadon, this gives me something to do while everyone’s gone. As for you’re question, yes they are a real thing, there also known as silent panic attacks(tho you might have already looked this up since you sent this in yesterday). I don’t know what methods you used to calm yourself, all I can hope was it was good ones! So just take it easy today and make to take some deep breaths and drink plenty of water!

Hey man,any advice when going through shit? Just depressive times lately and I tried stuff but it doesn't really work like exercising or distracting myself with other hobbies and friends are rather busy lately so I am forced to listen to my head for the next few hours-

Hey kiddo

It may not be much, but here’s some ole Nathan wisdom. Life is shit, plain and simple, it’s just total shit some days. However it also can be beautiful, you have two choices, either look at the world through gray lenses and only see the bad and shitty parts of life, or you can look through the green lenses and see the nice part of it. We all have moments, days, months, hell even years! Where we just wake up and ask ourselves, what’s the point? Why are we here?. Well kiddo, we’re here because we’re meant to be, now you may be asking yourself “Nathan, wtf? How is any of this supposed to help?”, and to that I say, I want to give you a new perspective on how the world spins, again we have choices, we can either look at the shitty parts of life or the simple pleasures that make us feel happy. You’re here because you have a purpose, even if you don’t think that you do. Ik that the dead guy shouldn’t be saying that he’s got purpose, but I do too! Everyone has a purpose they’re meant to fulfill, and you’ll find yours, I know it. So kiddo, try to look through the green lens and see the simple pleasures life has to offer us, because one day that could be all gone, take one step at a time, breath and just embrace all the good things life has to offer, even if the voices in our mind try to deflect it, I’m rooting for ya kiddo, hope this wisdom helped and just know that ole Nathan is proud of you.

What are the pros and cons of being a ghost?

Well Kiddo,

•Pros

-You don’t feel any pain(well physically anyways)

-You can just float around and hear people’s stories

-You don’t need to eat or drink(I forgot to eat and drink sometimes, including taking my meds)

-No more debt or having to pay to live somewhere

-This is personal for me but, no more therapy and no more psych wards

•Cons

-Insane amount of guilt if you did what I did

-Bored easily

-Can’t leave the place

-The memories of how you died(not me ofc, other people remembered their deaths)

-Watching the people I love be in pain and eventually watching them die

-Feeling Like you didn’t accomplish enough in life

Haha, sorry that there’s a lot more cons than pros in death but that’s just how it is I guess, also sorry it got depressing real quick like.

.Exams is almost over.3 papers to go. I want to go early though.Its very tempting...I been cramping myself cause I get so numb and procrastinate alot or just nap for lil too long so I end up panicked.i really don't wanna see my results...

Well now kiddo, let’s just breathe for a second. You really shouldn’t push yourself to a burn out point, I understand procrastination can a lil scary especially if you’re locked in(the kids told me that it means your really focused)but if you don’t take breaks then you could get sick. I would suggest putting a timer for yourself, like while studying for exams, you can put a hour long timer on so you have time to take a nap or get a snack and do something that you like. Make sure to get a good snack(like pop tarts, idk if you like those tho), get some water or juice, take a breather and don’t burn yourself out kiddo or you’ll pay a hefty price for it.

Also I’m super proud of you! I’m sure you did amazing on your exams, especially if you’ve been working this hard. Good job kiddo!

I think i do deserve to have my friend break up with me over being different and making her uncomfortable bcs my autistic ass said smth outta pocket she saw it as me confessing love I wasn't really I was making a statement bout how as a sapphic its easier 4 me to fall my girl besties I apologized but I dont think she'll forgive me I mean I meant as a vent I speak better if I write bcs I have sm on my mind its crazy. Hi buddy!

As for tips, it honestly depends on what you told you’re therapist, if it’s something like you wanting to ya know…

Then it will definitely be brought up, however if it doesn’t involve that, then your therapist is legally not allowed to tell your parents anything. As for tips, I would say just breath, take a second to think about what you vented to them about and how it would it go, think about the situation and how you’ll handle it. I know some people are over thinkers but just take a deep breath and maybe get something to drink, like water, it’ll help clear your head. Hope this helps kiddo!, and hope you’re doing okay now!
