HI OCEANNN what is your opinion on public libraries (we’re desperate to know why people should not be allowed library cards)

I like the idea of libraries a whole lot, the people having access to free knowledge…but if I have to read another book that’s bent or covered in stains, there’s going to be a problem. I mean, come on, who’s stupid enough to get ketchup all over Animal Farm?!
