This is a bit embarrassing to me… but I was wondering how it would be if Phill meets Celina (A billford fanchild I created sometime ago!). And I made this:
She doesn't know who her parents are, but when she became an adult she started to hear about Bill cipher (nostalgic name, even though she doesn't know why). She's powerless, and decides to find Bill just to know how he became so powerful, since she also does a lot of… bad things and really needs to protect herself.
(her name is Celina T^T/ I'm a bit embarrassed, but, I just love this au.)
Phill knows who his parents are, and I was imagining their dialogue be like:
—Are you… looking for Bill Cipher?… Oh, well-
—YOU KNOW WHO AND WHERE HE IS?!… TELL ME!
—W-wha?… Wait.
—Urgh, nevermind, Those bastards are after me.

Wait…how old IS phill?
Good question! Technically, he's aged by 100-ish years. (Slight retcon, he used to be older) Time just runs faster outside of 46\.
He's an adult - but a young and naive one. No longer in the system, but doesn't exactly have a place to belong.
^ This is the best way I can explain it.
I do plan on addressing this as a comic eventually.
