My name is Jefferson, but many know me as the Mad Hatter. Formerly of the Enchanted Forest. Currently living in Storybrooke with my daughter, Grace.

If you had three wishes, what would you wish for?

To ensure Grace has a healthy, happy future. To see Priscilla again. To have never gone on that particular mission in the first place.

Are there any single moms at the park? Have they been flirting wtih you?

There are a few, yes. And...perhaps there has been some interest. But it’s entirely one-sided, as it often is. I’m not looking for a companion at the moment.

does Grace still like the tea cups?

Yes, it’s her favorite ride. Although she does enjoy meeting all the characters, as well.

Did you and Grace dress up to go on rides?

She did, yes. She dressed up as the Alice character from the story we seem to have inspired.

Grace has been dragging me around to various rides all day, and now we’re finally back in our hotel room. Any questions for me before I fall into an exhausted sleep?

what is your favorite part about christmas?

Seeing Grace’s face as she experiences all the joys and the magic that comes with the season.

Grace and I have just come home from finishing our Christmas shopping. While we wrap our gifts for each other, please leave some questions!

Is there anything you want for Christmas?

I like sweaters. And scarves.

Do you and Grace do anything to remember her mother at family holidays?

Yes. We set an extra place at Thanksgiving, and at Christmas, I say a couple gifts are from her. Grace is too old now to believe that, but we still do it. I try to make those particular gifts things that I think Priscilla would have bought for her.

I’m putting the finishing touches on the Thanksgiving dinner menu that Grace and I will share. I have all the supplies, but now it’s about putting everything in the oven or on the stove at the precise time to make sure it’s all nice and piping hot for dinner. Any questions for me?

What's it like traveling to other places with your hat?

It’s extraordinary. Or it was, of course. I’m not able to take trips in the hat anymore, not that I regret it. As long as I have Grace, I don’t need to be anywhere else. But to have the power to go to any world, to see anything, to meet anyone...it was the ultimate thrill and the ultimate freedom.

What are some things you like to do when trying to relax?

Spending time with Grace always relaxes me, no matter what we’re doing. It gives me a peace that goes far deeper than relaxation. But I also enjoy reading, playing the piano, and yoga.

Have you ever traveled in the normal way? Like, without the hat/not using portals?

Very rarely, and not very far. I was unable to travel in this realm, considering that the curse kept us all in Storybrook, and this is the only time I have ever really been able to afford travel.
