Have you introduced Cas to any new things

A ton. Anywhere from pancakes to Star Trek. 

I had the pleasure of introducing him to a hangover. 

I still have not forgiven you fully for that.

How do you spend your day

Drinking, reading, ordering around a few lowly demons. The usual song and dance.

Reading, looking for signs of angels, watching TV or movies when Dean plays something I want to watch. 

Unless I have to go buy more food or something, I help Sammy with research, watch TV, porn, cook, try to introduce Cas to the good things in life - whatever, really.

I try to learn as much as I can about being human, so whenever we get a lead to follow, I can be completely of assistance rather than a hindrance they have to constantly watch over. 

You’re not a hinderance, Cas. 

Thank you, Sam, but I was not saying that I was currently. Simply that I would rather be an asset even as a human than a, as Dean once put it, “baby in a trenchcoat.”

Come on man, that’s not what I meant.
