Hi! I came across your blog (and boy am I glad I did !) and I was wondering if I could request headcannons of Link and his travel partner having some sort of romantic tension building over the time they've traveled together? (being maybe 4-6 months whatever) and one day one of them snaps and just kind of kisses the other? It's been on my mind for weeks and I need some wholesome Lonk <3 Thank you, no rush at all!

Hmmmm this is a new one. I hope second person is okay! (Also I realize you said take your time, but I don’t know if you realized it meant this much time! XD) Thank you for the kind words :3

-You start traveling together after meeting in a stable near Gerudo. You had lost control of your horse, and it had charged down Link, much to his surprise. He’d barely managed to leap out of the way.

-After that whole fiasco, (your horse now contented with Link’s stash of swift carrots) you two ended up eating dinner together, and found out you were both headed to Akkala.

-The next morning Link asks to join you, briefly motioning to your horse and raising an eyebrow. You agree, looking a bit sheepish.

-The journey is perilous, and you meet many monsters along the way, however, the two of you together can easily fend off any threat.

-By the time you’ve reached Akkala though, neither party particularly wants the journey to end. So what do you do? Travel together of course!

-Link likes doing a dance when he cooks, it makes you laugh.

-Link gets badly hurt after being surprised by a Lizalfos during some heavy rain. You take shelter in the branches of a large tree for two days, and the entire time, you’re worried sick. 

-You trip into a swamp at one point, and all Link can do is crouch by the edge and laugh. That is, until you splash him with the muddy sludge and he loses his balance. He falls in too.

-One night, on top of the summit of the Hebra mountains, you look up. Your breath is taken away as you see the stars, closer and clearer than you’ve ever seen them before. When you look back down, Link is discreetly gazing at you from across the campfire with that same wonder. You act before you can think it through. In an instant you’ve stepped up to him, and, before your nerves fail you, give him a light kiss. 

-His face glows with happiness. No words need be spoken. He reaches up and pulls you down into a tight hug, falling back in the snow as he does so. Your laughter fills the quiet snowy air, and in this moment, the two of you are happier than any other time you’ve ever been.

If you don't mind me asking, how tall and how old are all the champions and descendants?

Mipha:

-5 ft 6 in. It should be noted that Mipha would probably still have grown, had she not met her untimely demise by the hand of Ganon.

-Hylian years? Maybe like 5…2? 52 sounds good. Translates to about 15 or 16 in Zora years. She’s young, but not *that* young.

Revali:

-6 ft 9 in. That’s without the feather, mind you. Birdman must establish dominance with his extreme plumage.

-Hylian years… 28. That translates to about early twenties for the birdies.

Urbosa:

-7 ft 2 in. Urbosa is about to punch whoever dares hurt Zelda, and the last thing they see before its lights out are her glorious abs.

-34. She’s been a chief long enough to know how to rule, and that’s one of the things that drives her to fight.

Daruk:

-10 ft. This guy is a literal mountain, period. 

-58 years old. The dude’s seen some shit, okay?

Bonus- Link:

-5 ft 2. And that’s being generous. Let’s just all collectively agree he is a smol boi.

-117~118. Zelda induced coma included, of course.

Bonus- Zelda:

-5 ft 7. Teeeny bit taller than Mipha.

-117. Stated in-game xD

What kind of relationship do you think Zelda has with each of the champions?

Mipha

Though you might not expect it, Zelda and Mipha get along surprisingly well. While their feelings for Link might occasionally stir up some arguments, they both realize that they are stronger together, and that their friendship is more precious to them than some rinky dink boy.

Revali

Ah, Zelda tries to be patient, and Revali, by no stretch of the imagination makes it easy. He’s pretty intent on just doing whatever he wants, and Zelda has just learned to… well, let’s just say she has her ways to get him to do what she wants. (They do *not* involve fish, by the way.)

Urbosa

It comes as a surprise to absolutely no one that Zelda looks to Urbosa like a second mother, and the warrior queen is fiercely protective of the princess. Still, although Urbosa would lay down her life for Zelda, she isn’t afraid to tease the princess quite a bit.

Daruk

Zelda holds a great kind of respect for Daruk, even more so after Daruk finally managed to gain control of his Divine Beast. In some ways, he reminds her of her father, before everything happened, in a time when King Rhoam still smiled and laughed. It’s for this very reason that she was especially devastated when Daruk fell to Ganon within his beast.

Great! Now before we start do ya have any ground rules ya want to set down? Cus if not I can’t garente this’ll be a clean fight.

Urbosa: Hmph. I will abide by my own codes. I’m sure it’d be more than enough to best you, even if you do fight dirty.

Thanks for answering my question, I have another really dumb 1 similar to the last. Could Zelda and Revali, and link, please tell me there thoughts on what kind of person Link The Hero of the Wild is, as in morality, character, and personality? (This is how I should probably have asked my question the first time, very sorry for bothering you! I would understand if you didn't answer this ask!)

Zelda: He’s really sweet and hard-working, even if I’m hard too hard on him sometimes. 

Revali: He’s pitiful, cowardly-

Link: I’d like to think that I’m a pretty cool guy…

Revali: -sniveling, weak-

Zelda: I wouldn’t go so far as to say cool, mostly ineptly dorky at times.

Revali: -unworthy of being the hero-

Link: I did say I’d like to think that, didn’t I?

Zelda: I suppose… In the end though, you really are someone who’s worthy of wielding the Triforce. I think you fit a hero’s role very well. 

*Link and Zelda leave*

Revali: If you tell anyone I ever said this, you’re dead meat, understand? Link… he’s a good guy, and to be entirely honest, an even match with me. He’s always there for us whenever we need anything. Even me.

Just had this random thought, How would the Champions + Zelda react and do if they found out Link had an abusive family member?

Zelda

Although she can’t directly relate as to having an abusive family member, she definitely understands feeling neglected by parents. She keeps an open door and room for Link in the castle if he ever needs to get away.

Urbosa

Anger is the only thing she can feel when Link confirms it. Extremely observant to all her companions, she’d long suspected something was off. Urbosa would undoubtedly beat the abuser to an inch of their life, and then only stop if Link wanted her to. Abuse is something she will not tolerate under any circumstance, and afterwards, she’ll keep a watchful eye on Link while maintaining her distance.

Daruk

Gentler than he might initially appear, Daruk is the one who (maybe unexpectedly) provides the most emotional strength in whatever subsequent fallout results in the Champions finding out about the abuse. He regularly makes sure that Link is still eating and drinking properly, and continues to be a comforting presence in the coming times.

Mipha

Mipha goes straight to the King and demands that he detains the abuser immediately. A plan concocted by her and Zelda (who was worried about outright challenging her father), she decides to become the most vocal in terms of finding justice within the established system. She is the one that truly ensures that the abuser will never be able to harm Link again.

Revali

Although he and Link are not as close, he is just as disgusted as the rest of the Champions when they find out. Feeling a more than a bit remorseful for his previous actions, he maintains a respectful distance while helping Link out in less overt ways, working a bit more in the background than the others.

To: The creator from: Hannah Clark I really enjoy your stuff and the posts you did and I thought they were cute, funny and amazing keep it up oh and I created this cool BOTW au about crimson and Sidon and it’s ok if you don’t like the ship I’m ok with it but if you do like it that’s great as long as your cool with it and I’m cool with it too.

So excluding Moblins, Bokoblins, and Lizalfos, what are the champion's and Link's personal least favorite monsters to end up in a fight with?

Link: *glances at his flaming tunic* ... That would be the Lynels, my friend.

Revali: It’s simply a matter of who I am... some are born that way... others... *looks pointedly at Link* are not.

Ehh I see what yer getting at miss but there's an entire kingdom of restless dead like me to the far west. The Inaka kingdom I believe... anyhow phantoms can't be killed or crupted and they despise those of demise.

Zelda: Well, I’m sure we can afford to house a guest for a while... no matter how strange...

How would the Champion react it Link and Zelda were turned into toddlers? (I think that Urbosa would go into full mother mode and kick Revali if he ever swore in front of them)

Mipha

Is extremely worried for all the right reasons. She works with the many healers of Hyrule Castle to try and reverse whatever happened to the two of them. However, Zelda especially likes to climb up onto her shoulders when she’s trying to work, and Mipha eventually comes to appreciate the more... adorable aspects of the situation.

Urbosa

Your’re absolutely right, she goes right into mother mode. Part ever loyal bodyguard, part super proud mom, she’s the one making sure they’re getting the proper care. Of course, the fate of the world is still on her mind (What would they do without the Chosen One?), but something about Link’s wide smile seems to help soothe some of that worry every time.

Daruk

If Urbosa is the mother, then Daruk is the wild, over-exuberant dad. He regularly takes the toddlers rolling down the side of Death Mountain, much to Urbosa’s chagrin. Piggyback rides are ten times better when you’re on the back of a giant Goron.

Revali

Oh Revali... He takes the opportunity to show off how much better of a warrior than Link he is now. It’s mean spirited at first, but after seeing Toddler Link’s astonished, wide-eyed expression of wonder after some particularly acrobatic mid-air training, he decides it’s worth it to keep doing it just so he can see it again.

Hey, Revali what do you think of Zelda and her potions?

Revali: Well, let’s just say I usually go to Mipha when asking for any supplements... I personally wouldn’t go near her potions with a ten foot stick, no offense intended, of course, towards the princess...

:P It’s the mun here! I’m really sorry posts have been quite infrequent, I’ve been absolutely swamped since school started three weeks ago, and many of the asks I have waiting for me are ones that I’d really like to put a bit more time into. Hopefully, I should be carving out some devoted ask answering time, so posts should be coming back regularly very soon!
