The sudden hug surprised the younger blond. Where did this come from? Was something wrong with the other to cause him to hug Prompto? He started to become a little concerned, for the older blond and himself. He wasn’t very good at social interactions. He was very shy and never knew what was the right thing to say to others. Especially in moments like this. He tried to think of what his parents would do if he was upset and tentatively started patting the older man’s back.

Lady Lunafreya... came all the way... so see him? And not only to see him but replace the handkerchief he gave Tiny? Or well, Pryna was her real name, wasn’t it? But still, Lady Lunafreya didn’t have to do that. To replace his handkerchief or make the trek to visit him in person. Really it was nothing. He couldn’t just leave a poor injured and defenseless animal on the streets.

“I-it was my pleasure, L-Lady Lunafreya. I...I hope she’s healing well.” Oh Astrals above he was nervous. “Y-y-you didn’t need to replace my handkerchief. I...I was more than happy to give it away if it meant helping someone.”

Where is he running? Why? Oh, well; he has a companion trotting alongside him now. Okami Amaterasu is here to encourage you! You can do anything you set your mind to!

“Hmm?” The new running partner was not unwelcome. Just merely a new curiosity to the young boy. He’s never had a dog run with him before, let alone one with those kind of marking in it.

Either way, it was nice to have someone running with him and he could almost feel as if his new companion was cheering him on. Pushing to better himself and encourage him as they ran. It seems a little strange to think that a dog could be encouraging him like that, but it made Prompto smile either way. He was going to enjoys today’s run and make sure to keep working hard from today forward.

And a running buddy never hurts either, that helps with motivation.” She babbled, listing off several tips.

The young boy tried to keep a mental note of all of the advice the kind lady was giving him, wanting to make sure he implemented them into his own routine. She didn’t have to answer his request, especially if she was apart of the Kingsglaive.

“Protein? Oh, you mean meat?” The boy asked, making sure he was right, not wanting to misinterpret her advice. He smiles though, thinking about his own motivation. He wanted to be friends with Prince Noctis and this was his first step. Not to mention he had a while neighborhood of cheerleaders. “A lot of my neighbors cheer me on, even if they don’t run with me. They always tell me Good Morning when I run by and offer me water.”
