Yesterday I went to the doctor to review some blood tests. Everything was normal except for my thyroid. It’s not life threatening, it’s not even a huge concern but he said that, on my next doctor’s visit, we’ll have to start monitoring it to make sure it doesn’t get worse.

That’d explain why my depression had spiked so hard last time. If you don’t know what the thyroid does, look it up. it’s one of the most important internal body parts and heavily impacts brain function and can even kill you if it’s unhealthy enough.

There’s a thunderstorm outside... I was extremely scared there for a moment. it’s 5 PM and it usually isn’t this dark out. It scared the fuck outta me. I’ve never seen a tornado so I don’t know the signs. Though my region almost never gets tornados. I have an irrational fear of tornados. I fear them more than earthquakes.
