Undergallery Info

Now you may be wondering about Undergallery as a whole well here is the full information for Undergallery

The Monsters and humans never had a war in this AU, they continued to live peacefully side by side and simply grew up with one another, So the monsters were never theoretically in the underground but when you fall into the Gallery, you fall into the “Underground” Which is a huge cavern painting which replaces the Ocean of the deep painting in IB, There are sections of the “Underground” in the gallery named respectively in the game, The ruins, Snowdin, Waterfall, Hotland, New home and the escape painting called the “Surface”

Instead of Roses which act as your health and life in Ib, You will find what are called Soul charms, These charms are heart shaped, made of a clear, smooth, glass like material which pulses and glows with color, You wear them around your neck, When damaged these charms will crack and if Death occurs it will shatter into pieces, the glowing color inside leaking out onto wherever the person dies, Monster or Human

You can find Empty soul charms all throughout the gallery and Toriel even gives you one to start off with, these empty ones have no color and are what you use to /Save/ Gallery monsters, letting you bring them back to the “Surface” with you

There are many different routes in the way of how the game ends, just as in Ib there is many different endings, A few are; A happy family, Locked away, Alone together, Sacrifice and a few others

Undergallery Character Info

The human: Or frisk as she is later known (Yes frisk is Female in my AU) is the human of this AU, She is around fourteen to fifteen years old and she is Orphaned to be perfectly honest, she doesn’t even know /how/ She managed to wander into the art gallery, leading her on a great adventure, She replaces Ib

Sans the skeleton: Sans is a bit different in this AU then others, He’s a lot taller then the average sans, He’s about as tall as gaster!Sans fusion maybe a bit smaller, Papyrus is still taller though by at least a head, Sans in this AU is very weak Health wise and enough stress can make him ill, But he’s psychically very strong

Papyrus acts as the older brother at times because of his brothers health, Sans acts extremely parental to Frisk, Essentially her father, In this AU he replaces Gary and is a main team member throughout the gallery, He can die

Papyrus the skeleton: Papyrus or Papy or Pap is a very goofy, excitable skeleton who does his best to look out for people, he’s truly a lot like the original, Except papyrus here is a Art student and he wears glasses as well as a bag to carry stuff around in

That’s in fact how he and Sans ended up at the gallery, Sans promised to take him to the gallery showcasing famous paintings by W.D Gaster, Known for their oddities and expertise, he is found a little bit after his brother and is another main team member, he acts as your storage as well, He can die

W.D Gaster: Gaster in this AU is or was a famous artist known worldwide, he was known for being odd, eccentric and for taking up art as a wish of his dying mother, He was well known for his love of comfort so it wasn’t uncommon to see him wearing Turtle necks, Pajama pants and even slippers and he can be saved

The star in Pink: As you may know this one as Mettaton in other AU’s, but in this AU he replaces the Ladies in the paintings, the ones who crawl after you with their picture frames dragging behind them, There is only one of them but you will encounter him many times throughout the entire gallery, He Often says in a haunting tone when he’s found you; “Darling..~” but he is called a Gallery monster and cannot be saved

The wisp of mechanics: Alphys is very different in this AU, Alphys is very ghost like and instead floats a bit off the ground, She is very shy though and will often fade to near invisibility when startled, Her painting is called Wisp of mechanics, She is a peaceful gallery monster and is found in the “Lab” Section of the gallery where she takes care of the FP’s or Failed paintings, They replace the Amalgamates and are created of unfinished paintings or those ruined, She can be saved

Justice: Undyne is pretty similar to the original except she’s more based off a siren so she has a large fin atop her head, she has a huge tail and she has fins on her back that spike up dangerously when angry, she is a aggressive gallery monster and will attack you all throughout the waterfall area and into the hotland area of the gallery, She can be saved

The mother of paintings: Toriel in this AU is the very first gallery monster you truly encounter, She’s a very kind monster and very mother in her disposition, everywhere she steps flowers grow and Randomly appearing yellow petals seem to trail off of her, She teaches you of the gallery and what you can do, She will even offer you a chance to stay in the ruins area with her, You have the actual choice to accept or not, You get a Alone together ending if you accept, She can also be saved

A kings sorrow: Asgore is not naturally occurred in the gallery and is instead a optional gallery monster you can save, His painting was ripped apart in his grief and in order to encounter and save him, you must find all the pieces of his painting which are scattered throughout the gallery in hidden places, if you can get the pieces and put them back together in the New home area

The Tem: The temmies become multiple paintings all throughout the gallery that replace the spitting painting in IB, Instead when you walk close enough to them, They will shoot tem flakes out at you!
