Hey there! Sorry, I don't know too much. All I can think of is Resident Evil Portal, which might be kinda straightforward. It's sorta like an official website for RE in general and news related stuff. They sometimes share other content related to RE and you might be able to find specific communities you're looking for just by being involved. Not sure if that was too helpful. 😅
