I don't think I fully understand what a reference sheet is, so I'm not sure if these fit the criteria... it was a challenge to actually do a step by step because I just Don't Do it Like That I just draw Bullshit and eventually it all comes together... may or may not be reliable as a reference for anyone who needs it, considering that, again, I don't follow any kind of method or set of steps...

this one is less sophisticated because I don't really like drawing NEO his face always ends up looking weird... my only piece of advice is to draw disconnected shapes and a long dainty neck because I think he looks cool like that...
