for those of you who are on some kind of deadline or really just wanna know how to shift whenever, this is a message provided to you by tarot! disclaimer: this is more of a mindset thing rather than a fool proof “method”…
adopt the queen of cups neutral mentality.
shifting whenever you want starts with a decision. decide you want to shift and then calm your emotions. don’t hype yourself up. don’t get desperate. settle your mind and your feelings. if you’re anxious about “having to do this now” you already lost the state. regulate yourself using slow breathing and soften your thoughts so that you feel no anxiety or desperation. you decided so you are already on the timeline where it is yours. when you begin un-deciding by worrying, you put yourself back in the timeline of not having it.
lead from the calmness into 9 of cups energy.
before any 3d proof comes your way, feel satisfied that it is done. this is the cheat code fr because if you know something is done, and feel that calm confidence, you just reflect that state into your 3d that much faster. don’t start begging and pleading for your attempt to work. have an energy of “this is mine.” your internal satisfaction should replace the need for proof.
5 of swords came out next so stop fighting with the voices in your head.

stop overthinking your method. don’t try to perfect it or plan out the steps before you just go in and do it. you don’t need to be 100% focused or aware. you don’t need to know what comes next in your process. this is actually where people mess up when they try to shift. they start trying to outsmart the process. just let yourself flow with the process without micromanaging it. you do not need to monitor your thoughts so closely to see if you’re “accidentally thinking about your cr instead”. it doesn’t matter!
6 of wands is simple—just expect it to work.
you don’t need to hope and you don’t need to repetitively affirm you’re shifting if you just expect to. literally why wouldn’t you shift? you already decided in step one. and your decisions is what crafts reality. so as long as you stick to that decision it’s gonna work. it’s that simple. the only reason why you’re looking for a more detailed explanation is because ego wants a solution when the solution is just to let the decision persist. that’s all. let your decision persist without interfering. when you decide, it doesn’t matter if there’s a little voice in your head that disagrees with you because that little voice doesn’t have the power, you do. and you always did.
the hanged man neutral.
stop trying to force the shift. allow your perspective to gradually switch from that of your cr to that of your dr. it could take seconds or minutes or until you fall asleep but that’s O K. because you made the decision and it’s going to happen. you don’t have to force your thoughts back to your dr unless they naturally veer in that direction. don’t revert back to over monitoring. when you watch yourself have your shift, you aren’t experiencing it presently, you’re just surveying it. take your hand off the steering wheel and just glide. you’ll have a more enjoyable and less stressful time doing that.
3 of wands.
mentally place yourself ahead. instead of focusing on the fact that you’re trying to shift (which is kinda you speaking from your past state) think from the state where it’s already unfolding and you’re already in your dr. if you shift whenever you want and you already exist in your dr, there’s nothing that you really have to push toward. so if mental images or thoughts of your dr come up, that’s just you aligning with what’s already in motion. don’t rush it. and don’t latch onto it like you’re going to lose it. let your dr form around you. take it in. breathe. and enjoy the sensations, visuals and thoughts as they come.
finally, the wheel of fortune! let the shift embody you.
once you’re in the state, things can flip quickly on their own. you’ve likely experienced it before where you stopped being so focused and just wandered and then suddenly you felt something: a pull, a tug, a wave. but instead of following that sensation and allowing it to pull you deeper and further, you interfered by trying to grab it. don’t grab it this time. there’s no need! you have decided and your decision will only be stopped if YOU interfere with it.
and remember, if you go through this process and happen to “fumble” it, you can always just decide again. the very first time i shifted awake happened after i “fumbled” my attempts all night long and it wasn’t until morning where i was like “okay, let me just let it happen” and within seconds of that decision, it did. so you can decide as many times as you need.
Never give up on shifting. I’m so serious.
It took me eight years. Eight. Years. Not one single successful attempt the whole time. I cried, I doubted myself, I was convinced I was the problem. I watched other people succeed and wondered what was wrong with me.
And then today?
I FINALLY SHIFTED.
I woke up in my waiting room and then I rode a dragon. An actual dragon. I just got back from flying through the sky like that’s a normal activity.
Before I shifted back here, I set the intention to return to my original reality but with one tiny upgrade: I can now shift whenever I want, as easily as breathing. No methods. No rituals. No overthinking. I just decide and I’m there the next second.
Some people can’t imagine waiting years. Trust me, I lived it. Eight years of patience, frustration, tears, feeling stuck .. and now? Now I’m sitting here realizing I get an eternity as a master shifter, living in countless realities and doing literally whatever I want.
Suddenly those eight years feel microscopic.
I rode a dragon. I JUST CAME BACK FROM A DRAGON FLIGHT.
By the time you’re reading this, I’m probably already back in my waiting room spinning a lottery wheel to decide which reality I’m visiting next~

how to shift whenever (from an experienced shifter)
i see so many people still talking about shifting like it’s this impossible thing, like you have to beg the universe for it or spend months trying every method out there. so here’s the truth, from someone who’s actually been shifting consistently for a while:
you can shift whenever you want.
and no, that’s not just motivational bs, that’s literally how it works when you understand what shifting actually is.
shifting isn’t something you try to do. it’s something you allow. the version of you that already lives in your desired reality? they already exist. your job isn’t to create them , it’s to align with them.
you don’t need to feel tingles or hear signs or vibrate at some perfect level. you don’t need the perfect sleep schedule or the perfect script. what you need is clarity.
clarity that says: “i know what i want. i know it already exists. and i trust myself enough to go there.”
when i shift, i don’t force it. i don’t chase it. i become it.
it’s just a decision:
a breath.
a moment.
a quiet “i’m already there.”
and then i fall into it.
not because i’m trying so hard, but because i finally stopped trying.
once you drop the resistance, once you stop doubting, you realize how easy it is. how natural. how familiar.
there’s no big secret. no magic formula.
just presence. trust. surrender.
and once you taste it? once you know you can do it?
you’ll never stress about it again.

Hi! As I promised, here’s my method post (the one that also made my friend shift to her DR on her very first try, proud mom mode on). Actually, I was planning to wait until I made it perfect, but it doesn’t seem like that’s gonna happen anytime soon.. (Also even though it did not satisfy me aesthetically, I am sharing it today because the important thing is the content) so if I ever notice something I forgot to add or decide to change later, I’ll just edit the post.

im writing this at almost 1am after intentionally stopping my first time using this method because ohmy. iwasnt. ready for that experience i think i am going to definitely try this method again but with more preparation
dont know how to describe how i feel now. i decided to shift tn because its been a long day of school and i physically dont feel amazing so i js decided to shift n sleep. i obviously didnt fall asleep but i have never been that deeply settled into a method or so convinced of anything in all the years ive been doing this. this method caused me to experience things ive never experienced before.
i felt pressure in my ears, my whole body was tingling, i lost feeling in all of my limbs and most of my torso. couldnt feel my blankets or pillows, at one point i almost felt like i was "sprung out" of my own mind. the fabric of my sweater on my chest felt almost like an arm draped over me and at one point my lips started to tingle like i had been kissed by someone...
i think i had gaslit myself a little too well with all the distractions i ran into tonight. my house never seems to be quiet and its so extremely infuriating but it became so easy to pass off any sounds that would typically break my immersion as not real/ unable to be proven as real that i think i scared myself a few times. it became so easy to do that i literally opened my eyes, said goodnight to my dad, and immediayely closed my eyes and believed i was entirely detached from it.
ive never had such a quiet brain, i have adhd and most methods (even ones designed for that) dont shut my brain off. this did. it actually gave me a bit of a headache and muffled my hearing. everything was just... buzzing, and my mantras gave me this rippling feeling thru my body so intensely. im still shocked as to how silent my mind was.
i ended up counting to 100 a few times in between affirmations and mantras. i set my playlist up in a way that would section things off a bit and let me know the "best" times for me to move into certain parts of the process (based on what has given me the most results and what works best for me given how i operate) so i had singing bowls, silence, a subliminal, silence, repeat. youtube decided to be a dick and stop playing the videos literally 2 videos in so i was in silence for a while and that sucked bc i think it inhibited me a bit. but anyways, each time i started counting i swear i made leaps. i felt like i was floating and i could see things. just barely, but i was visualizing. i have been doing this for roughly 5 years and have never been able to visualize before. at all. i saw an owl— hedwig, i think— and archways that looked sort of like the arches in the great hall... i also saw what i thought couldve been a dragon eye. the fact that i visualized anything at all is insane to me since ive never been able to, but ALL THAT? wow.
i had to stop the method tonight because it just wasnt working with all the distractions and stuff, i think i had to gaslight myself a bit too much— but god damn. that too, the reaction i had when i properly stopped this attempt was visceral. like i practically scrambled to sit up, i had to take a big ass breath, it took my body and brain a SOLID few seconds to catch up with one another and when they did i was almost,, distressed in a way. like i just felt.. foreign. like i was supposed to he somewhere else. i think i already had a foot in the door as far as shifting went, especially considering i was completely serene UNTIL i stopped the attempt on this method. crazy.
i feel like this all sounds concerning but now that ive physically grounded myself, turned on my fan and moved around, and written this all out, i feel OK. i just think i wasnt prepared for the impact this method was going to have on me. it happens.
im going to take a break from shifting attempts for a few days to settle myself, recenter, and PREPARE to try this method again. i truly believe i couldve shifted tonight with this method if nothing got in the way.
im going to spend my break time on scripting, increasing my awareness, affirming and meditating to recenter myself and relax my nervous system a bit. what a crazy experience. i feel so much closer to my dr now.
writing the most gut wrenching angst in my scripts as if I’m not the one going to live through them
scripting slow burns as if i don't want to ride my s/o the very second i see him 💔

My method as a girl who’s shifted more times than she can count .
cute lil disclaimer, i do not believe methods can bring you to your dr on its own, but i do think they can help you get into a good place mentally when trying!
Also, my previous account was terminated, so if this looks familiar, it’s because it’s a repost (third repost to be exact…)
Last thing, if this doesn’t work for you, don’t fret . It probably just wasn’t your cup of tea, and that’s fine . Now, onto the method !
001. make a playlist . It doesn’t matter what songs you put, as long as they resonate with you/your dr, it’s fine . I recommend making a pretty lengthy playlist cause you’re gonna be there a while .
002. Close your eyes and meditate for a bit . Think about what you did that day in your cr, how you felt, what you smelt, doesn’t matter . let your mind roam freely about your cr , because this will be the last time you think about it for the rest of the method .
003. After a few songs, begin to count to 100 . It doesn’t matter how, just get to 100 . i typically count up with my breaths, but it doesn’t matter .
004. as you count, begin to affirm you are in your dr . say where you are, what your name is, what you’re currently doing, etc . “ i am in my dr.” “My name is.”
005. Now, once you’re done affirming, i want you to think exactly like your dr self . think about what you’re gonna do that day, who you’re gonna be with, what you’re gonna do, etc . speak in first person here . “I’m so excited to go to that bakery ___ was telling me about.” “Me and my mom ____.”
006. Sooo, by this point, you should be in your dr!
You can also make this an asleep method and just sleep as your saying where you are and what you’re doing !!

you can finish tests under ten minutes
you can research more about what you're learning and enjoy it

alright beautiful people it's about time i make an actual post about this because i sound like a broken record when answering my asks so here it is :)
when you're trying to shift, you're becoming aware of your dr self. and the goal is to trick your brain so it doesn't try to limit you (not that it can but still).
so. here's the deal. set your intention to shift, or do your method, or whatever you normally do when you try to shift and then? switch your brain to dr self mode.
don't think like your cr self. think like your dr self would. for example, list things you need to do in your dr when you shift, what plans you have, a to do list (even if it's just washing your sheets). BUT the key is to say these things like your dr self.
so don't say things like “when i shift i need to go see xyz”, say things like “i need to clean the kitchen today. and make an appointment at the hair salon.” etc. become your dr self.
i've been using this little trick for my last few shifts and it works WONDERS. easiest shifts i've ever had.
guys i fucking did it i fucking did it, it’s fucking real. stay with me pls listen to my experience because i have no shifting friends to freak out abt this :(
a few days ago, i had already been trying to shift into my waiting room. one time i even did the wbtb method and got very close, but unfortunately, on all the other attempts i just got lazy. instead, i would simply fall asleep while affirming that i was already in my desired reality.
but then frustration started to build up. i wasn’t feeling anything, and every single night my body kept waking up in this reality. i couldn’t stop thinking: “don’t people always say shifting is as easy as breathing? then why can’t i do it?!” that was when i discovered meditation. for two nights in a row, i meditated before going to sleep, all while repeating my affirmations. and still, even that night, i woke up here again.
but this time, i wasn’t going to let it slip away.
when i woke up in the morning, i turned onto my back. normally, i always slept on my side, but i shifted positions deliberately. i lay flat on my back and started affirming again. my dad was taking a shower in the bathroom next to my room, and i could clearly hear the sound of the water running.
(also, for context, my waiting room is a magical forest)
i was affirming ‘i am already in my desired reality,’ ‘i am already in the garden,’ ‘i am lying in the bed of my garden room.’ and out of nowhere, i started to feel almost like someone was tickling my waist. i began to squirm, and yet i could still feel it. i kept affirming, and suddenly, i opened my eyes and i was back in my room again. for a moment i felt disappointed, but i no longer heard my dad’s shower running.
i assumed he had just finished his shower and took it as another failed attempt. i got up, and when i walked through the living room, i looked out the window and saw that it was nighttime. ‘nighttime? but i literally just woke up a little while ago and it was 10 in the morning?’ when i looked at the clock on my phone, it said 8:42 p.m. the way i freaked out.
i was so confused. i started walking backwards, leaving the living room and out of nowhere, i began falling so slowly, everything turning black, and i kept affirming as i fell.
that was the moment i saw it.
my eyes started to open, but my vision was very blurry. still, i could feel it—i was in my garden bed, i could see the vivid green colors, i was there, fully aware that i was in my waiting room. i ended up returning to my current reality, probably because i was kinda freaking out. still, i was there. my awareness had shifted for just a few seconds, and i barely saw anything… but i was there.
i tried a second time, repeated the same process, and guess what? i ended up ‘waking up’ in that desired reality overlapping with my current one, where it was nighttime again, and once more it was exactly 8:42 p.m. (i’m totally using that time as my lucky number from now on lol). i fell back into the darkness, but i didn’t end up anywhere and just woke up again in my current reality, probably because i was too excited.
but guys, i did it. i made it. even if it was just for a second, it’s fucking real. please, don’t give up. shifting really is as easy as breathing and you don’t need to overcomplicate everything with methods. just lie down and let yourself go.
