Hearing the others comment caused Sayo to be a bit surprised. Nowadays, it wasn’t uncommon for someone to comment on her banjo, but nobody had ever asked to play the instrument. It’s strange, she was a bit hesitant to give it to the other. 

“It’s a banjo, an instrument. Have you ever played one similar to this?” Can’t have her playing it just to burst apart the strings. 

  " Nope! " Coco chirps, eyeing the banjo still. Musical instruments are pretty neat, she thinks. It isn't rare for her to watch the street bands from her place in the UG, a way she can get free entertainment without tossing in some of her well-earned yen.

  " I promise I won't, like, break it or anything! I've watched lots of people play stuff, so if I just mimic them, it'll be fine, lol! "

  Why do so many orange-haired people exist! That shade of bright orange can’t be natural, so why does it seem like her search keeps making her hit dead-ends? 

  Maybe she’ll tell Neku to dye his hair better the next time he sees the sun. She mentally notes that for when she gets out of his city and makes her way back to Shibuya, kickstarts her plans, and--

  Coco promptly runs right into Hagumi’s back, sending her a couple steps back. She growls quietly, grumbling under her breath abefore brushing her jacket off.

  “ Y’know, this is a walkway. Getting ran into can’t be fun, lol...! ” she comments, frustrations hardly veiled.

  Her backpack sure is stuck on that high branch! Not that it’s for any reason besides her own frustrations, but hey, no one’s perfect, right? Still, with the lack of functioning wings, Coco... can’t do much.

  She falls back against the tree, pouting towards the ground while trying to think of a plan. Thankfully, people walk around these parts and it isn’t too challenging to put one idea with another.

  “ Hey, like... you’re all tall and strong-looking and stuff, sooo... can you, like, get my bag out of the tree? It has something I really need in it! ”

     Chika’s lost, she’s totally not sure where this is. It’s not Uchirua, not Numazu … Definitely not Tokyo. She’s looking around trying to find something familiar that might tell her where she is (or someone familiar that might help) when someone latches onto her shirt. She turns – but no, it’s  a stranger. 

     ❛ I don’t know … ❜ Chika laughs, but at least this person knows Tokyo! That’s a start, right? ❛ I don’t really know a lot about this Spirale place myself … But it’s not anywhere I’ve been before. ❜ A pause, and Chika looks the other girl over before she brightens. ❛ Gosh, though!! You’re so cute! Your outfit! You’re a city girl, right? Your jacket’s super adorable, totally Tokyo fashion! ❜ Now’s not the time, Chika.

  Great! Perfect! Wonderful!

  They’re both lost! Everything is falling apart so fast once more, all of this a heavy reminder of her failure to go about her plan the way she intended. Stupid fuzz-faced barista-- she’ll make him pay for that someday! For now, Coco snaps back to it when she’s complimented, looking down at herself and studying her own outfit. A grin pops onto her face, winking towards Chika.

  “ I am! I’ve, like, been in Shibuya all my life! It’s totez cool and a gotta-go-to place! You, um… you look more like a country girl since you’re getting all excited about Tokyo fashion and stuff. Am I right? You gotta tell me I’m right! ”

  She’s pointing to Sayo’s banjo, eyes sparkling with anticipation. She’s bouncing on her toes, leaning to each side to examine the instrument. Coco’s witnessed stree performers whenever she wandered around the RG, so all that observing must’ve given her some skill, right?

  “ Um, so like... this place isn’t Shibuya. ”

  An obvious statement, but one that leaves Coco standing around staring down the street anyways. Her shoulder still has a mild ache, and no one else is here that she needs, this place might start with a ‘S’ but it sure isn’t somewhere she wants to be.

  Silence.

  Coco reaches out and nearly deathgrips Chika’s shirt. “ L - Lol, hey, miss! Is this ‘Spirale’ in some place near Tokyo? Do you, like, know? ”
