i cannot overstate how good it feels to watch older movies where the actors were still allowed to look kinda weird and not be conventionally attractive. like it is genuinely healing

A sudden creaking of the door let the sound of voices from the corridor into the dark room. A ray of bright sunset sun illuminated two figures hiding in the darkness of the school broom storage room.

The uninvited guest's eyes were presented with a picture of forbidden pleasure: Draco Malfoy (oh my God!) was kissing the neck of a girl melting in his arms... Wait... who is this? The ray of light illuminated the face of Hermione Granger, who was overcome with pleasure (who would recognize her now?). A slight sob escaped her lips, and before her eyes could focus on the newcomer, the door slammed shut with a resounding thud. 

"Draco, we've been noticed. I think you forgot to close the door." Hermione's hot breath and whisper caressed his ear. 

"So be it." A slight grin tugged at the corners of his lips as he diligently traced crimson patterns on her skin. A slight bite made her scream and forget about what had happened.

Something sugary-sweet hung in the air of the Potions classroom.

It felt like spring. Like blooming fields. The tenderness that was in the air caressed like a touch to the petals of a newly opened bud.

It was refreshing like the smell of the first spring rain that poured over the first sprouts of greenery.

The desire to touch each other consumed both of them.

Could they attribute it to the steam rising from the potion they had brewed together?

I don't think Tolkien is a good fantasy writer because he scored the highest at some objective Best Fantasy Book Test that every fantasy writer has to take, I think he's a good fantasy writer because he created a world based on things that he was interested in. I feel like a lot of fantasy writers think that they need to create a whole language for their world because Tolkien did and obviously his books are the best so they have to emulate him, but Tolkien did that because he was a linguistics nerd. I think the lesson to be learned from him is not that you have to include elves and deep history and new languages, but that you have to write endlessly about the things you are a huge nerd about and use those things to create your fantasy world
