Apparently, even creepy towns had department stores, and this one even had a food court.  Food…  Athena missed the noodle shop near her work, even if the noodles were saltier than her co-workers.  The town sure looked smaller than Los Angeles, and so seeing a food court this empty was rather unusual for Athena.  However, it wasn’t completely empty, (despite being 100% non-operational,) and Athena didn’t really like being alone anyway, so she plopped herself right down at the table, across from a girl who appeared to be reading a book, minding her own business.

Athena wasn’t known for her attention to if someone was open to a conversation or not, so she just blurted out, “Hi!  I’m Athena!  Who are you?”  Athena reasoned that she was apparently stuck in Inaba for the time being, so she may as well try and get to know those with whom she was trapped.

“Well my name is Xena Chervils. It is a pleasure to meet you Athena.”

She had set down the small pamphlet on its cover as she looked up at the woman that had spoken to her. Her bright blue eyes scanned the woman for a moment and smiled warmly at her. She had stumbled her way into this store in hoping to find something to eat but had gotten lost. Without any power on she couldn’t use any of fryers to cook with.

“No its okay, Just that is a first for me. Never been mistaken for a man before. And it is very fishy yet i have a very unsettling feeling about being here and about those guys..” Her bright blue eyes where locked on the dungeon door. What secrets or horrors lie inside for them? She was worried for what might transpire from within that dungeon.

 She accepts the hand and gives it a sturdy shake. She defiantly not hollow, but wither she was stuff full with machinery or just a human wearing it, she’d probably not say. Nor show. 

“Never heard of … Inuba? Inaba? Looks kinda run down, doesn’t look like anyone’s around ‘sides us and those blobs.”

“Ive never been here myself. It kinda seems like those blobs are harmless to us which i am very thankful for. They seem like they would be a problem if they were hostile?”

She said the suit of armor as she releases its hand. She looked at the foggy town and wondered what purpose did the fog hold in this place. She also didn’t like the announcement that people made for it made her feel unsettled and with how deserted the town was made the unsettling a bit worse. “What could have happened to the townsfolk? You don’t think this fog could have driven them out could it?”

“Ah, so you have a kid and sis’ nice to know. Name’s Blue Maelstorm, I have a little brother and a well a roommate. I’m pretty sure my little brother, doesn’t care about me being gone for a while. Since he will have my roommate to pester around with for a while since I’m not there….then again…” 

Second thoughts came in mind as she had a moment of thought of her little brother causing trouble as usual. Well he is an angler fish child, with what seemed to be a never ending need to shred and bite something. 

“I fear for what’s probably going happen to her.”

“Blue huh? I like that name and i am sure your brother does care even if it seems like he doesn’t. And don’t worry we will get out of here and be back with our families. Even if it takes some time..”

Xena gave a warm and heartfelt smile to female that was with her but her mind continued to process where they were and why they were there. She sighed gently as she moved a strand of her orange-red hair behind her left ear as she looked over the girl towards the town. “Should we head into town? There could be some information on how to get the hell out of here?”

“I don’t think, there was an introduction about you…or at least yet…won’t mind explaining what you’re doing here? Since some of us, are not…well stuck here until our futures are changed.”

Xena was taken back as if this person was accusing her with being associated with those people who introduced where they were. “Well if you must know. Im Xena Chervils and was there a need for my introduction? Cause if you think i am with those guys you surely mistaken. As for what i am doing here? I was on my way home to see my kid and my sister. Who must be pretty pissed off right now.” She sighed gently as wondered if she was gonna get out this place.

Xena slightly twitched to being called a guy but she shrugged it off as she turned to face the voice that had spoken to her. Her bright blue eyes scanned him up and down as well as the surrounding area around them. “Well according to them they said this place was Magatsu-Inaba. Though i have no idea where that is. As for those dudes, i think they brought us here for a purpose, as for what i am not sure. A the dog is here cause someone probably had him as a companion?”

  No matter how or what direction she looks at everything, it all just looks or seems off. those weird people. The fog. That weird, heaveny place they entered in from. 

“It sure ain’t like any place I’ve ever seen.”

“They said this place was something Inuba. This place is new to me as well. But this fog and how edgy the air feels, it reminds me of my home. But excuse me i have forgotten my manners. I’m Xena Chervil’s.” She extended her hand out to the suit of armor to shake. She wondered if it was hollow inside of there like a soul was trapped in there by magic or if it was a person that was inside of it.

Maybe trying to assure others wasn’t the best idea when Chie herself was rather scared and confused… This wasn’t like her usual forays into the other world, and the presence of familiar-yet-unknown entities did little to ease her worries. Hopefully she’d be able to figure something out, even if she made a fool of herself along the way. “There’s these special glasses that make it easier to see in the fog… and it helps with the headaches and stuff, but, I haven’t seen any pairs around.”

Xena blinked lightly at the woman who mentioned that there were side effects to this fog. “You sure about the glasses part? Cause i can see through this fog just fine. Kinda reminds me of home.” Xena said to the woman. But she did wonder what they see without them.

Xena had glanced at the girl eyeing her a bit. “You don’t seem to be affected by this fog? Have you been exposed to this before? And what is Magatsu-Inaba?”

Xena was unsure of what was to be expected but when she was done tearing apart a room looking for a way out of this place for it made her on edge and she felt strongly uncomfortable. Once the last set of chairs were move aside she sighed as she couldn’t find any source or information to help give some idea on how she could leave. Slumped over on a wall as she was trying to hold back her tears while she talked to herself.

“O-Okay.. I can figure this out.. I-I hope.” She wasn’t aware that someone had entered to room she was in probably to investigate the amount of noise she was making.

Xena glanced over her surroundings trying to get a familiar with the layout of the new area she was in. The air of the this place felt a bit like home but she sighed as she looked at the door that was insanely bright to her but she decided to explore and see what this place has in supplies. As she enters one the nearby buildings within the town she tripped over herself and fell hard on her butt.

“Ouch.. Already tripping over myself.. Good job Xena.” She sighed as she slowly got herself up unaware that someone was approaching the set of buildings she had chosen to investigate.

Xena had made her way into the town that several of those shadow blob things had traveled towards. She looked around in the corners or trees for potential hiding spots for them since it seemed they didn’t being spotted, or so she thought. After a few moments of looking she had decided to make her way towards an inn to see if she can get any information on where she could be and if there could be a way out or to rent out a room for the night. Since she had no idea how long she was gonna be trapped her. But as she turned to head in that direction she nearly bumped into someone and she had let out a small yell in surprise and avoided the collision.

Xena had opened her phone again in hope that the signal could have came back but much to her dismay it didn’t work. Frustrated with the results of her effort she chucked her phone to her side not aware if anyone was near or around her. She was softly muttering to herself as she slowly paced back and a forth as she calmly tried to keep herself from panicing.

Tory snorted softly as he looked down at the male with his crimson red eyes, “You know exactly what i mean by the word lazy.. Sitting in the grass and soaking in the sun like you usually do when you arent nuzzling against either me or my wife..” He did have to admit that the day was enjoyable and was completely perfect to take the family out for a walk in the woods.

[ ► ] The Death Arcana Guardian merely let out a snort since the saiyan seemed to amuse him in that moment. It was strange to think that someone as ‘adorable’ as Abel Akru can be capable of such devious ideas and traces of devious personality traits that are rarely shown. The young male was far younger than the man that towered over him, nearly blocking his blissful rays of sunlight from warming up his feline like body. It was rarely known that he was a Shadow Legend who assumed the legend of Japanese Angel. 

      Noticing that the other would emphasis on what he meant by ‘lazy’, the young death angel merely shifted a bit as he sat up, hunching over his knees as he raised a brow at the black haired male. 

      “Mhm, seems like you want my attention for something! Now, tell me!”

A smile broke across his face as the other male ordered him to do something, Normally he would have crushed in someones skull if it was anyone else but in the case of Abel, he knew better than to strike at him for several reasons that he did not want to get into in his own head. But looked down at the wild cat as he offered a hand to him to help him up. “Well someone is very commanding today.. But it is not i who wants your attention but the kids is who wants it. I was merely sent to find you by my wife..” Since the return of his wife and the birth of his twins Torydaes was much calmer. Not a whole lot of blowing up planets just for the shits and giggles of it. But he did have a moment of relapse with his first born child. But surely everyone knew about that fight since they both came back half dead and their class mods shattered.
