mars alt to get at staff

literally just trying to get in contact with staff. please

so, i just remembered i had this alt account available thru another email!

over the past few months, i've tried almost everything to get in contact with someone on staff, and this is one of my last resorts at this point :( my main account got suddenly terminated out of the blue about two months ago, october 3rd 2025, and i've been trying desperately to get in contact with someone on staff since then. i know you all understand the importance of an issue like this, and i don't want to overwhelm you all, but i'm really worried about losing my accounts. i love tumblr, and its such a huge part of my online existence. i have so many friends on those accounts that i'm worried i'll end up losing track of :/

i did some research and reading, i went back through the Terms Of Service and the User Guidelines, and i don't believe i broke anything in either. if i did, i'd love to know, but i never got an email explaining the termination. my assumption as of right now is that i got caught in the spam filter, as i had just returned from a break from the site of about a month, and i did a lot of reblogging and posting when i got back. i was terminated probably 3 or 4 hours after i came back, no warning or email of any kind. i'm really hoping to hear from someone on your team soon, i really really appreciate the help in recovering my account.

i'm honestly perfectly fine if i only get my main blog (@atlasofthestars113) and one of my sideblogs (@averagetransfempuppyposter) back. i hope that you receive my tickets, or emails, or the tweet i sent, and that i can hear back from someone about this soon. thank you so much for your help on this issue, i'm sure you all understand how important this is to me.

honestly i'm mostly just confused about the fact that i never got an email or a notification explaining why it happened. my assumption as of right now is i somehow got caught in a spam filter or whatever but like. if i'm wrong i'd really like to at least know what i did, yk? idk, i miss my main dash and i really hope that someone on staff eventually sees something i put out there and can help me.

i'll add to this again, and say that none of my 3 blogs had any flagged posts at all, there was no warning for the termination, and i never got an email from tumblr about why it happened, which is why i believe i likely just got swept up in the spam filter. i'm wondering if there actually was something i did wrong, and if i did i'd be open to hear what it was!! i mostly just really hope that someone can help me get the accounts back, i quite miss them :c
