also, i’m gonna throw out an apology for being scarce the last couple of weeks. not only has tony stark planted his flag as king of the mountain at the moment (that’ll change, it always does, i’ll find my equilibrium with them both), academically it’s been very stressful and busy, and i’ve got to get some shit straightened out with the bursar’s office because they seem to have several hiccups and screwed up my balance for the semester. on top of that - it’s midterm! so things are a little hectic at the moment.

please be patient just a few more days and i should be free for a time from friday onward until my next peer review for my historical seminar class.

edit: pls note this does not include things like my bashed patch to make all clothing mods play nice with the leveled list and any personal edits to mods made in creation kit or in fo4edit. thank you.

if you want to experience a good time in fallout 4 and you’re playing a character that’s a smartass, AND you’re playing on pc, lemme recommend player comments and headtracking. i’m using it in combination with start me up for a companion tony run and it’s been golden since i picked his level, traits, and class. not only do you get the great trashtalk dialogue (”It’s true! I do know my shit.” - “That’s right. I’M the new guy.”), but the player character comments on fucking everything. from the condition of the environment to what people are saying to them as they walk by to, well, everything. you even have commentary in build mode, and there are rescripted and edited conversations between characters. no longer will your companion go unanswered when they ask the sosu/whatever you are if you use an alt start mod a question (”Mr. Stark, pick anything good?” “Possibly.”), the pc initiates little conversations with people around them.

this feels like a real tony playthrough now, considering he never. shuts. up. it’s glorious and i 100% recommend it. and one day i’ll post my actual modlist so you’ve got an idea of what my game looks like.
