Well, that's a difficult question to answer, but we'll try our best!
First off, thanks for your interest in the project, it surely does mean a lot to us!
As for artists, while we are open to everyone, we cannot simply have EVERYONE on a project this scale. We have to look over a person's account, over their art, their following, and their reliability.
If someone has a great art but little reliability, we won't be contacting that person back. The same goes for every other string of those questions.
While we are open to everyone that asks to be an artist and help out, we simply can't and won't respond to everyone. It saddens us deeply knowing we're not allowing everyone to participate in ATTU, but if we were to, it'll just create chaos.
HOWEVER! Just because someone isn't in the project, that DOESN'T mean that we don't have something planned for people who want to contribute, so I'd stay on the lookout for that!
