i think this is the most i haven’t been busy and i honestly don’t know what to do with myself. i went from working on two red velvet albums while filming my kdrama, now i’m just doing my own thing. don’t know whether to be excited or stress about it. but hi, if you don’t know me i’m joy from red velvet. or sometimes i like to call myself sexy dynamite. // @glorystarters​

I know the feeling. It’s relatable to a lot of people for sure. We’re constantly snowed under that we don’t seem to know what to do when we’re not and can just enjoy ourselves. After filming Elvis, I really wanted to travel, and enjoy more of my free time doing things I wanted to. Spoiler: I’ve been staying at home a lot and didn’t travel. It’s nice to meet you, I’m Austin. Sexy dynamite sounds accurate.

Seeing him interact with Darla made her smile for real. She was as much his as she was hers if they were being honest. They were together for like a year and a half, or two, at that point, when this little love of her life entered their lives through his mom, Lori, his angel of a mother, who had saved Darla. She lived in an apartment building and in the thick of summer she would see her on her neighbor’s balcony with no food or water for her, and she was out there for hours on end. So Lori knocked on their door told them that if they couldn’t take care of the dog to let her take care of it, and they gave her the dog. When she sadly passed away, her and Austin took Darla in. It was a piece of her in a sense. So she knew that he loved her. It was no coincidence that the only photo reminiscent of their relationship left on his instagram, was Darla as everything else was deleted. Or so she was told at least. The question shouldn’t have taken her by surprise but it kind of did. “Great” she answered quickly. “You?” she asked returning the niceties. “You can come in, spend time with her if you want” she said without thinking and it was now too late to take it back. “Um, I have work stuff to do so I can leave you two alone or something” she added quickly.

If her best friend, GG, was home the scene would have been entirely different. She would definitely not be nice at all. If anything she would most likely unleash some verbal abuse towards him, on her behalf, that she has been holding in for the last two years. So the fact that she was currently in a different city was a blessing for him, even if he didn’t know it.

Darla was a piece of his mother, truly an angel sent from heaven for them before Lori passed away. Being away from the dog was tough, but he knew that he should give Vanessa some space after everything they’ve been through. “That’s great, I’m happy for you,” Austin offered her a sincere smile. A part of him would always love Vanessa, she was a big part of his life and he’d always care for her. “I’m good. And, yeah, sure. in case this is not a problem for you. You don’t need to leave though, it’s your house. I don’t wanna bother you.”

i am fucking ready for single girl summer. it’s been years since i spent this time doing whatever i want, whenever i want, with whoever i want. go crazy go stupid - as they say. i’m gonna keep busy and chill out, and somehow i’m going to do both at once. so.. tell me. what are your summer plans, and where do you have time to fit me in? we should go on an island vacay or do something memorable. @glorystarters​

Is this what I should have done when my last relationship ended? After almost a decade together, I think a vacation is what I needed, not sure it’s still time for that, but that would’ve been fun. Both at once? Sounds reckless... I love it. Count me in when you do that. I didn’t have any summer plan in particular, but now I think I have an island vacation or something with Miss Dua Lipa.

rosé always loved visiting new york. it was always fun to travel so of course she couldn’t miss this opportunity. champagne in one hand, she was bobbing her head along with the music as she looked out to the scenery before turning to see someone next to her, “hey! are you having fun?” // @glorystarters​

Austin was standing in a corner, taking a sip of his scotch on the rocks as he watched people during the wedding, people were enjoying the event and it was clear to anyone in the room how happy and in love the new Mr. and Mrs. were. “I am, yeah. Weddings can be fun, and it’s always cool to connect with people you haven’t seen in ages and getting to know others. What about you, are you having fun?”

i know, i’m just so entertaining. i’m going to push you until you do get a dog. if you’re busy and i’m not, i volunteer to watch the puppers. let me be the evil dog on your shoulder that says GET ONE. 

It’s not that hard to convince me, it’s just that I’m thinking about giving this dog the best life. I was quite busy for a while, but now that things have calmed down, I think I’m ready to adopt one. If things get hectic, I'm gonna call you or anyone who'd like to keep the dog some company for a little while. If I have to travel, I'll take the puppy with me. You're a good kind of evil on my shoulder, though.

I’m definitely weird but I think the weirdos are the best kind of people in this world. I’m not a massive fan, either! I’ve only seen the movies and my knowledge is little to none…but I do enjoy a good roleplaying game. We’d probably be divorced - you’d keep calling me weird and hurting my feelings.

I didn’t mean it like a bad thing. I agree with you, weirdos are the best, that’s why we’re friends. Not a massive fan? Come on, Lil. Wait, what? I meant it lovingly, I swear. No divorce. You would’ve already said yes, no time to regret, just accept the package.

Oh you might judge me when I tell you I’m house Targaryen. Now I must know what house you are so I can see if you need to be judged or not. I think I just found a new bestfriend, have you found any criminal podcasts or anything else? I need some new picks.

Whoever judge someone for belonging to the Targaryen house is a fool, that’s all I have to say. You won’t judge me because my taste is perfect, thanks. Okay, will you judge me now if I say I’m not a big fan of podcasts?

After selling her house she had been staying at her best friend’s place, GG, until she found something new. GG was staying with her for almost a year in the sold house, so this was kind of like returning the favor of sorts. It was a period of major changes for her. Selling a house, newly single after recently ending her last relationship, looking for a new place to buy and at the same having several balls in the air professionally.  As her friend was currently in New York for a few days for some planned DJ appearances she had, she had decided that she would sit down and do some work. She was on the phone when the doorbell rang and Darla immediately took off, barking and running to the door. “Let me call you back, someone’s at the door” she said before hanging up the phone. She figured it was some package or something. She definitely didn’t expect who was actually there. She hadn’t seen him in person in over a year. Unless you count the Met Gala where she had made sure to not cross paths with him at any point, which was not easy to pull off considering, but she had somehow managed. She took what she was handed still stunned while Darla literally jumped around him, obviously happy to see him “Um… thanks” she said not knowing what else to say

Austin couldn’t help the smile on his face when Darla ran to him, jumping on him as he kneeled to pet her. “Hello, my darling girl! I’ve missed you too,” He said with a soft chuckle while he licked his face, almost forgetting Vanessa was still standing there. He missed Darla, it’s been nine years having the dog around the house and now he was on his own. Darla was one of the reasons why he had been thinking about adopting a dog lately. Standing up to face his ex-girlfriend again, the blonde put his hands in his pockets. “Sorry, I get too excited when she’s around, you know it,” He chuckled softly. They were together for almost a decade, she knew him too well. “How have you been, V?”

I’ve been renovating my house the past few months, and I was finally able to move into my house again. I forgot how much stuff I had in storage, and now I’m just sitting on my kitchen counter, surrounded by a million boxes. I’m starting to think I should have hired unpackers… do they have unpackers? Is that a thing?

I think we never realize how much stuff we have until we have to move or renovate the place like you did. Personal experience. After almost a decade at living at one place I had to move to a new one, took me months to finish. I don’t know where all that came from. It’s like they kept replicating. Unbox one, find two more. I don’t know if unpackers are a thing, but I should have hired them. I’m just not sure I’d find my stuff because I’d have no idea where they put.

And you don’t even know a lot about them? Terrifying is the right word for that. I don’t know if I’d make a good Priscilla but do you think I would? That’s a great idea! I’m not in Vegas anymore but I’d do it. With you as Elvis especially. 

Emma, you can pull off anything you want, honestly, you’re a wonderful woman and actress. You managed to speak at ONU, absolutely incredible I must say, and so was your speech. About being the Priscilla to my Elvis, that could still be arranged in another opportunity. Or you could be Hermione and I could be Draco. I must admit I had a huge crush on Hermione.

“you’re questioning my intentions?” a look of mock horror fell over her facial features. “have i ever intended anything other than showing you a good time?” her brow quirked up, along with one side of her mouth, sporting a grin. tipping back her head, the model quickly emptied the shot before setting down the empty glass. “how am i doing with it so far? any tips?”

“Of course! I’m quite afraid, you’re full of bad intentions,” Austin joked, laughing to show he wasn’t serious. “Hm, yes. You like to use and abuse me for your benefit,” He teased her, half-smirking. Watching the model empty the shot, he asked the barman for another round. “You’re happier than I am, let’s put this way so I don’t have to say you’re already drunk.”

you know you were entertained. should’ve just came and partied it up with me. what a shame. they really did and i missed them too! you definitely should! they are the best decision to ever make. especially when you live alone.

I was, it was fun to watch, both the show and you. Thanks for the entertaining, little joker. Don’t push me, I’m already way too close to getting a dog. I’m just thinking it may spend a lot of time alone sometimes, and I’m a bit worried about it, don’t know if it’s fair. But yeah, living alone without a dog sucks. I’m used to having one around, V has a dog, and she was the sunshine of the house.

Hey, there’s nothing wrong with ending up like me…I think I’m pretty neat. If you’re into Harry Potter, you’d like it but if not…I’d skip it as much probably wouldn’t make sense to you. I’m sorry we didn’t get to hang out, I would’ve loved to be your 48 hour wife.

You’re neat for sure, but you’re a little weirdo. I’m kidding. I’m into Harry Potter, but not as much as you. It’s a shame you didn’t get to be my Priscilla for a weekend. Do you think we’d thrive or end up divorced before the weekend ends?

After knocking on the door of a house Austin didn’t know, even though he knew the owner very well, he waited for the door to open before saying anything. “Hey,” He offered Vanessa a soft smile, unsure of how she’d react seeing him there after everything. “I was unboxing and found this in my things. It came along accidentally,” The blonde explained while handing the woman her belonging. Though he had moved to his new place months ago, he spent a lot of time in Australia and he hadn’t finished unboxing things until this day. “I know how much you like it.” @justvanessah​
