@ausynja-arts
So @kavesinisukka asked me for European fibre sources the other day, and as that worked so nicely for sassy in the US, I'm going to summon my EU fibre folks for recommendations! Come, bring us your favourite sources for spinning fibre, raw fleece, and also fibre festivals (in the Nordic countries)! Language doesn't matter, but shops should be located inside the EU. We have a new spinner to seduce gently encourage!
I've combed through my bookmarks and will start off with:
Regenbogenwolle (colourful handdyed fibre and blends, in Germany)
Das Wollschaf (very large selection of natural and commercially dyed fibre, supplies, books, in Germany)
Bart & Francis (literally all kinds of fibre and yarn, special deals, in Belgium, atrocious website)
Seidenspinnerei on etsy (silk and silk cocoons, in Germany)
Seidenhase (fibre and yarn from angora rabbits, in Germany)
Ok, that's all I can think of right now. I might add more later!
made for a co-worker - she likes maritime stuff, so I mashed two patterns together and added the first letters of ever family member
the best thing about tumblr is that you can watch a show and then you come here and someone has made a gifset of it and you can put it on your blog like a sticker in a journal
if the cuptains have zero fans i am DEAD (pattern under the cut :3)
Not the most beautiful... but to me, its everything! 😍
(pattern free - found on pintrest - by Szydło Adama)
Had to re-pin everything 'cause it didn't work out the first day... so I started again, took me two bloody hours...
now we wait :D
May the blocking begin...
Progress!
First doily too small, so I made another one

I wanna make a patchwork jacket that contains patches from all of my past hyperfixations, and that includes +Anima so because I know +Anima fans are always starved for content, here's the cross stitch patterns I made of the anima markings in case anyone else would like to use them
these fuckers took me hours to put together and I had to make them pretty large to accommodate all them fucking curves in the design, especially Nana's, I want to stitch them onto their corresponding places on the jacket, Husky's might not fit on the collar tho so his will probably be shifted lower (or I may shrink the design a little we'll see how much space I have to work with when I finally find the right jacket), but Nana's wings on the back will probably look great in a large size

Plus Size Sewing Pattern Database
I've seen some people on here express interest in making their own clothes, and I recently discovered this database for plus size/size inclusive sewing patterns and wanted to share.
All of the patterns/brands on the list accommodate at least a 60 inch hip measurement, though the actual size ranges and other measurements vary, and there’s even a search function that allows you to plug in your own measurements (both imperial and metric) and find brands that can fit them. The site also does a monthly pattern roundup sharing specific patterns that meet the sizing criteria, which I think is neat.
A lot of these *do* tend to max out around the 60-65 inch range, so it's not the most inclusive for superfats, but it's still waaaaay more inclusive than the big-brand sewing pattern companies tend to be.
For everyone asking for the tatting pattern
The pencil notes are a bit more specific for the veil, that's why they don't connect in the middle of the third chain (shamrock leaf).
