Tf2 characters i feel bad for:
Sniper: his biological mom's neglected and abused him, at least his dad knew how to rescue him. He puts him in a rocket so he'll be safer from his abusing mom. At least a lovely couple from the australian outback took care of him!!!
Sniper's biological dad: his wife cheated on him, beats him, treats him like shit, and makes fun of his penis size. Along with that, she steals his money so she can buy expensive stuff with it. He was brainwashed by her, he didn't wanted to marry her, when he was in high school, he wanted ti marry another girl which Sniper's biological mom killed...
Merasmus: he's a wizard alien who lost his planet due to war, he lost his wife in the beach due to the roman empire hating aliens for no reasons, his daughter's ability to walk due to spy's (yes, the tf2 spy) aggressive rules, and his freedom due to getting harrased a lot by people....
Scout: he was literally abused by spy, he has scars on his hands, he lives in a struggling household...
Heavy: he lost his father in ww2, and he was forced to be separated from his husband.
old nick: he was forced to go to antarctica, he was brainwashed by krampus, and he forced to kill his pet koala for a coat.
Scout's mom: she lived in poverty, got impregnated by God with her tears dna, her children were bruised by spy and she was forced to starve them by him, she got molested, she lost her money, and she got electrocuted. She's ok thankfully, she lives with her Norwegian childhood friend and they live happily ever after.
Medic: he lived in poverty, lost his biological parents at age 5, he was adopted, he was bullied due to being mute, sensitive hearing, gynecomastia, and being incredibly pale and feminine, he lost his adoptive parents at age 16.5, he was raised by his aunt, he lost her after 3 years, he was sent to the gulag in Moscow, he was married, he adopted 20 children, he lost 4 of them due to the drugs the nazis gave them, he was forced to get separated from his husband, he was forced to cut his hair, put masculine like makeup on his face, change his outfit, he became homeless, he was taken by an old man to his hotel, he lost his medical license due to killing the nazi who abused him and gave him memory loss, he was forced to touch organs and blood, he was abused by classic heavy, and he was wrongly sent to hell from heaven because pyro and his dad felt bad for him. There's a good ending though. His memory returned, he became mute and feminine again, he adopted a baby baboon, and opened a small bakery in obermaiselstein, bavaria.
Demoman: he lost his eye to merasmus.
Engineer: he lost his arm as a child due to a accident.
And lastly, soldier: he's a homeless man who got raised by raccoons since he was a child due to him getting neglected by his parents.
