Are there any prayers? Is Satanism really as scary as people make it out to be?

There are prayers!!!! A basic one for kā [earth] is:“[Name for her], Mother of creation, please give me [strength, courage, etc…] And let me do what’s right” you can write it down and then burry the note, or you can write it on your body, one for somni is:“[Name for her], mother of love, guide me to the person I need for [obstacle you face]”You can write it down and burn it, or recite it aloud while a candle is burningThere are more but those are the most common ones for my deities

the second question is harder, there are thousands of different types of satanism, and some may be “scary” however I’ve never met someone who did the whole sacrificing a goat on a pentagram while chanting in Latin, that’s a stereotype.#religion

What's your religion? Infodump!

So it’s a polytheistic religion meaning there are multiple deities. Every deity is represented by something we all know, the main ones are the sun, moons, and planets of our solar system, but in my religion all natural things represent a deity. Each person has their own name for their deities, and each person focuses on just a few to follow. I follow kā (earth) she is about creation and self-care. In her eyes everyone shares “feminine​” energy and sees all as her daughters (a gender-neutral term in my religion). I also follow somni (the sun) who is about compassion and relationships, she balances all relationships, and she guides you to find a partner (if you want one!). There are mostly no holidays, but there is a religious fast, the fist week of every season you refrain from smoking/drinking alcohol/doing drugs/self-harm/having sex/eating during hours of light, to start each season with a clean slate. But if any of those will harm you (physically, mentally, or emotionally) you aren’t supposed to participate.
