The sound of steel clashing against steel! I would have never guessed this sound could be so pleasant, but since I started taking swordfighting classes, I enjoy it so much!

bpd and self-fullfilling prophecies
The worst part of my BPD? It’s always right in the end when it comes to abandonment anxiety. Like, if I am having a panic attack because I am scared a fp will leave me, then analyze my behaviour and come to the conclusion “chill, your BPD is acting up, they aren’t going anywhere.” But they do. They always do. It can be weeks later, or months, or even years. It may be because of an tantrum that scared them away for good - but the worst case is when it’s not. The worst feeling is the world is people slowly fading away. People who swore that would never leave you no matter what. “That’s life. People grow apart. Nothing lasts forever.” So my BPD was right all along???
Describing you like an author in a book would: If you were in a group and needed protection, she would be the first you would turn to, for she radiates strength but also kindness: a fierce haircut combined with a kind smile and eyes shimmering with warmth and understanding, brighter than the light she shields them from with her sunglasses.
