Well if you want to go with the whole black species theme, there's ravens, orioles, and there's a bunch of species of black birds.

What are lusii/lusus naturae (whatever the plural is) like in this AU? Are they any different?

We were thinking they'd be about the same but more suitable for more avian type living. Hives are more airborn and taller, think like a nest, so most lusus would either be able to climb and/or fly.

However that whole change might not be needed at all, seeing as how they can walk on land and such. This AU wasn't exactly made to be serious until more people became interested, so we're still working out some kinks. Suggesting things to us would be lovely! Especially on specifics about Avianstuck!Alternia and stuff.
