Allegory of the earthly vanity and the heavenly salvation represented as a human skeleton, a white veil draped from the left shoulder to the right leg, an arrow in the right and a skull in the left hand, above an opened casket with legend ‘dit es dleste gerecht/God heeft hier gedaen zn recht/wie kiest hier den meester/voer den knecht’. Oil on panel. Probably the reverse of portrait of a man.
