Two shows in 4 days. A group of talented and beautiful, catch fire once inspired and brought together. First performing at last Sunday's The Nice Before Christmas Fundraiser and again at last night's  Lumika/Create typhoon relief fundraiser. Their collected vocals rang something familiar to the resounding harmonies of EnVogue and SWV. With the crowd raised from their seats hands up in feeling the notions of the groups lyricists Jillthy, Mimi Danger, Niki Nice and Yexlee, I don't know if Vancouver is ready for the things that 'ill manifest from this crew.

We have so much to celebrate! Whats a better way to celebrate December birthdays than in a cozy environment with music, poetry and extraordinary people? We're not only coming together to celebrate another year of life, but celebrate the life of one very special person who had a great impact on us in her short time in this world. For those of you who do not know, last October, our niece Phoenix became an angel after a courageous battle with cancer that lasted almost 3 years. In the 3 weeks prior to Phoenix's passing the Canuck Place Children's Hospice took amazing care of her, her parents and our family. December 9 also marks Nenix's 6th birthday. It felt only fitting to dedicate this fundraiser to her and donate all proceeds to the Canuck Place in her name. With friends sharing their words and talent and you sharing your time and donations, we'll put everyone in the holiday spirit. Enjoy live performances by: KIDS, Carlo Sayo, Eirene Cloma, Sol Diana, OTOW GANG and more. **If you plan on having dinner at Calabash please call ahead to make reservations at [phone] so they can be prepared for the amount of people coming to eat** Show will run from 6:30PM - 8PM but come early to eat, then stick around cause you know Nenix loved her dance parties. Dubgee will be spinning on the 1's & 2's til Calabash tells us we gotta go. Suggested $10 Donation at the door CHILD FRIENDLY EVENT so bring all the kiddies cause Id love to see them! Come out! Hooker’s Green & KIDS for Kids presents: The TYPHOON HAIYAN RELIEF SHOW With the tragedy that has happened in the Philippines, KIDS for Kids instantly knew its next initiative was to give back to those who were affected. With the help of Jay Swing and the Donnelly Group, FilCan TV and Filio Photography, we are proud to bring a line up that has many roots that stem back to the Philippines in order to help raise awareness and money that will be donated to Save the Children’s Typhoon Haiyan relief fund. ALL PROCEEDS from the door and partial merchandise sales will be donated to this organization, so please come out and help support a country that is in dire need of it. We will be having door prizes that will be drawn during the evening, as well as some soulful live performances from KIDS, Raiel, Nikki Saint and Yexlee. The evening will be hosted by FilCan Clothing & TV’s very own Jedro Magtoto and photography for the evening will be captured by Ron Filio!!
