As a 18+ roleplayer, I should NOT have to consistently remind minors over and over and over again that absolutely under no circumstances will I roleplay smut and anything relating to smut with someone who’s underage. It’s illegal. You’re going to get me trouble with the fucking law. Just because you don’t care doesn’t mean I don’t, and I’m not going to go spend time in jail because you just had to write porn.

Well gee fucking willikers! I wonder why that’s a thing? You think it has something to do with the fact that minors don’t care about the well-being of their adult partners and jump through hoops to get in on that saucy, naughty fiction?

Bitch all you want, but there’s a reason 18+ rpers won’t write with minors much these days, and it has everything to do with smut. Now how do you fix this? Just wait the next few years out and, when you’re finally legal, you can start sending in NSFW prompts. But, until then, keep it to yourself.

As a criminal justice major looking to go into law enforcement and parole/probation, I can 100% corroborate this.  Not to mention that getting charged and convicted of these crimes (in my state, the charges would most likely be Online Sexual Corruption of a Child, Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor, and Sexual Misconduct) will REQUIRE someone to be put on a sex offender registry, and that will ruin their life from that point forward.  

I like writing smut as much as the next person, but it is for this reason that smut content will NEVER be written with a minor.  I will always be open to writing pretty much anything else, but smut writing with a minor is an absolute no-go.  

And if you’re a minor and you’re still reading this thinking you’ll lie anyway, let me tell you exactly what sex offender registration entails.  First and foremost, it is a list that is AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.  You have to report when you move, you pay annual fees to the state you live if you aren’t under the supervision of a parole officer, and you are not allowed within a certain distance of schools.  Did I mention that anyone can view the sex offender registry?  Yes.  Anyone.  They can get your address from it too.  

Sounds pretty shitty, doesn’t it?  

It’s also basically permanent.  Once you are put on the registry, it is VERY hard and VERY expensive to get your name removed, and it requires a lot of court time and lawyer fees.  And even then, a judge can very easily rule against it.  

So, please, please, please, do not lie just to write smut.  Fade to black, if you must, but just don’t.

There was an audible snap that came from the victim’s neck. Their body hit the floor with a thud. Flexing her mechanical jaws, she had not seen the stranger standing nearby. Not yet.

Her eyes fell upon the figure that had entered the room. This was bad. Her contract explicitly stated ‘no eyewitnesses’. This could go two ways, pay for silence or kill on sight.

“Didn’t see you there” she grunted, flicking a stray piece of hair back behind her ear.

“Got lost, that’s all,” Discrepancy explained, scratching the back of her neck “my ride broke down back there”

Gesturing with her thumb, she pointed over her shoulder. She couldn’t help but wince at the memory of her bike breaking down and  the smoke that billowed out of it. Truth be told, she probably should go back to make sure it hasn’t exploded.

“You’re a witch right, could you work some magic on my bike?”

“Heh… I am not a mechanic witch. But I can see what I can do.” She stated,” But determines how bad it is…”. She slowly approached the other, extending her hand. “ Cynthia, and you are?” She inquired to the cyborg. Of course, she meant no harm towards the other.
