Recipe: AnaStyle TakeOutNoodles (43cal/serving)
Ingredients for 3 servings:
Shirataki/Konjac noodles (16cal)
3 garlic cloves (8cal)
1 green onion (10cal)
100g broccoli (35cal)
50g carrot (17cal)
2 tbsp soy sauce (16cal)
œ tsp sugar (11cal)
black pepper (I use very little therefore I count it as 0cal)
salt
a tiny bit of oil since I don't have this spray thingy (8cal)
Put the oil, carrots and broccoli in a pan and let the vegetables cook until they're cooked. Then add the garlic, green onion and the noodles. Let them cook for a while, then add the rest of the ingredients. Again, let them cook for bit and your meal is finished. The whole thing is only 121 calories and it's extremely filling because of the konjac in the noodles. Enjoy! :)
Crispy Baked Tofu - 136kcal/11.9g protein
1 block (12 to 15 ounces) organic extra-firm tofu
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot starch
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the tofu from sticking.
To prepare the tofu: Drain the tofu and use your palms to gently squeeze out some of the water. Slice the tofu into thirds lengthwise so you have 3 even slabs. Stack the slabs on top of each other and slice through them lengthwise to make 3 even columns, then slice across to make 5 even rows.
Line a cutting board with a lint-free tea towel or paper towels, then arrange the tofu in an even layer on the towel(s). Fold the towel(s) over the cubed tofu, then place something heavy on top (like another cutting board, topped with a cast iron pan or large cans of tomatoes) to help the tofu drain. Let the tofu rest for at least 10 minutes (preferably more like 30 minutes, if you have the time).
Transfer the pressed tofu to a medium mixing bowl and drizzle with the olive oil and tamari. Toss to combine. Sprinkle the starch over the tofu, and toss the tofu until the starch is evenly coated, so there are no powdery spots remaining.
Tip the bowl of tofu over onto your prepared baking sheet and arrange the tofu in an even layer. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, tossing the tofu halfway, until the tofu is deeply golden on the edges. Use as desired.

- 1 glove garlic (2 kcal)
- 1 tsp ground thyme (0 kcal)
- 2 tsp ground paprika (0 kcal)
- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper (1 cal)
- 4 cups/ 800ml boiling water (0 cal)
- 1 carrot (25 kcal)
Mix spices together (ofc you can use more/less than suggested) and add boiling water in which you cooked the carrot beforehand.

I personally; and I know a lot of my moots support recovery and avoiding EDâs all together because they are not fun!By promoting and romanticizing your 3d on tik tok youâre exposing a larger audience of young impressionable people to fall into this disease! Tumblr is a curated space and if you arenât actively looking for something you wonât find it, which is why itâs a safe space for a lot of people with 3dâs. just my opinion
