was craving scrambled eggs all day just to go make them and see the eggs have run out because of my FAT brother
one thing about me is I'll add bagel seasoning to everything I eat #fibre
nah serious question HOW do you guys drink black coffee this tastes like death and destruction

Still gonna do OMAD today but I don't think I'm gonna fast the full 24 hours since I don't wanna eat too late.
I'm planning on having another tomato wrapped burger! The one I made last time was so good.
Also I have zero energy since I didn't really eat last night. Idk why the food was just putting me off and I felt nauseous even though it was yummy.

Homemade tomato wrapped burger & onion rings! :D
Burger had 2 slices of tomatoes as the buns, beef patty, 1 slice cheese, pickles, mayo + sriracha and sesame seeds. Onion rings were homemade with almond flour to keep it low carb. Arugula on the side.
Just bought a walking pad and a bunch of packets of instant bone broth!! Hopefully I can lose more and the sc@le will shift more (I've been stuck at ~84kg for a while now)

Tried a flying dutchman burger for the first time!! It had smash patty + cheese + mushrooms + caramelised onion. Tasted very nice and blood sugar is still low.
Had some coleslaw and 2 grilled chicken wings on the side. I didn't eat much tbh, only had like half the burger.

Homemade onion rings with mayo + sriracha
Some of the cucumber salad I made (cucumber, smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, bagel seasoning)
Miso mushroom broth (very yummy and filling!)
⭐️ Barely ate half of one but it was delicious😝
